Great location. Food was lovely. Service was a bit mixed. People were coming in and no one was coming out to greet them. They lost out on a few customers who walked out after standing around for a while. After our food arrived no one came to ask if we needed more drinks etc. Business is maybe just missing a wee trick because it could be a fantastic place. Might have just been the time we came at.

Whilst this is basically a Seafood Restaurant, the Duck that I ordered was excellent as was the Langoustine Bisque. My husband was slightly disappointed with the way the brown crab was dressed, though it was absolutely huge. Certainly a place to visit again
Beautifully-appointed with stunning views over-looking Loch Fyne. The Inveraray Inn's Dining Room features a creative a la carte menu with a strong classical French influence. We make use of the best seasonal, local ingredients.
We were seated in the conservatory part of the restaurant. Bright and cheerful. Very clean. Great breads. We had sandwich and soup combos. The soup was mushrooms and tarragon and was served hot. My wife had a chicken sandwich and I had a shrimp and crayfish sandwich. Very well sized portions for lunch.
A small restaurant based in Inveraray, serving fresh, locally sourced, seasonal produce from within the Argyll area.

Seafood restaurant using fresh locally sourced fish, meats and game.
Lovely welcome and service throughout the evening from Amanda and Laura (hope I've remembered that right). Scallops were perfectly cooked and the smoked haddock chowder delicious. We don't adhere to 'white with fish' and the Pinot noir (with a nice 'nudge' from our waitress as i pondered on our choice out loud) was spot on. Whole sea bream beautifully cooked.Fancied some whiskey and wondered what would go with Sticky Toffee pudding. Recommendation from waitress was 'Oban' and was a very nice 'match'The food was wonderful and our 2 waitresses were friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and very professional. Great evening. Hope to return on our next trip
