The first time me and my husband went there they had just opened up and the atmosphere was good, food was good so i love seafood i went there again and the young hispanic manager was very rude the crawfish was terrible the flavors was horrible and i went back and complained to him and he was very rude, was speaking very loudly to me and i was like where is the manager and he said he was the manager so after that i haven't went back and got my money back.
We went in for the Friday/Saturday .50 cent wing special. When we saw the wings it was a total joke. They were literally about 2 inches long & 1/2 inch thick. Never ever have I seen wings that small. I understand they are on sale but come on now. The shrimp on the other hand were big & priced decent & fresh lemonade needed to be watered down because it was to sweet. For me this was not a big deal because I got more lemonade by adding the water. Hush puppies were not that good either. Specifically asked if they had put condiments in bag but I should have checked before driving off. Had to come back & get ranch & if that was not bad enough. He only gave me 1 ranch for 20 wings. I was like, "REALLY?" You assured me stuff was in bag & then I had to waste my time & drive back & now you only give me 1. He looked & smiled & gave me a total of 2 which I thought was still to little for a 20 piece.Overall the food was okay & it looks like they hired new staff because they are definitely much nicer from back when they 1st opened. Customer service was definitely not a top priority back then.
Our first visit to this restaurant exceeded expectations. The environment was nice and festive and clean. It kind of reminded us of a casual restaurant near the beach or lake because of the beach decor. Their servers were very polite and respectful. Their food was great, the sauce that they add to every boiling dish is very savory and flavorful with the combination of spices they use. Their grilled items go well with the fried rice that comes on the side. The only thing I would criticize is on the music that they play, which is a lot of 90's to early 2000's Hip Hop and RnB, we're fans of both types we would just prefer to hear more of a variety of different genres of music. Probably use more beach music to compliment the ambiance of the restaurant. Overall it is a great place to have a meal with family and friends.

Swing by for a bite, say hello and maybe do a little shopping while youâre here.Seriously, couldnât you use a cold beer after a couple hours of fighting the mall crowds?
A group of 8 of us went to have lunch here and the hots were HORRIBLE!!! They didnât greet us well. It was 2pm and it was a little busy but only two other smaller families were waiting for a table. They told us it was going to be an hour and a half before we could sit down... i found that extremely ridiculous. It wasnât busy enough to make us wait that long. I gave her my phone number and she put us on the waiting list. Decided to go walking around the shops and after an hour the table still wasnât ready. When i called to see how much longer it was going to be, they had take our name off assuming we had left and didnât plan on coming back... i will NOT visit this location again. I will make the trip to Arlington instead. Hi Joyce -Sorry to hear that you had a disappointing experience with our service - please accept our sincerest apologies. We appreciate you bringing the matter to our attention and have taken your concerns to our staff appropriately as we work to improve. Thank you for your time.

The waiting was not as bad. Especially since it was packed. They say us next to a large party but ended up moving us. Not because of the noise but the table was huge. Once moved we were waited on pretty quick. My chicken was not the best & I wish they had given me more okra for the price. The lobster was good. The only waiting I did was for water refill. I also found a small hair on the edge of my plate. I notified them immediately to avoid more issues. Told them I did not want a credit or food re made bcs the hair had not touched my food. Manager insisted but I'm one of those that just can't see food go to waste. Especially when we have so many people going hungry. She thanked me & at the end found out that she credited my plate anyways. So we left that as a tip.

We went here for our grandsonâs 15th birthday. He loves crawfish and this place did not disappoint. We all really enjoyed the different plates we had. The La Bomba appetizer is something I would go just to have it. Nice choice for the adults and the kids.
