In my two experiences here, Montana Fish Company has lived up to its excellent reputation as purveyors of fine fish, prepared in an elegant and creative way, accompanied by friendly and responsive servers. Having spent time at Uchi in Austin, where Sushi originality is an art, I was surprised to find myself mentally comparing Montana Fish Company with Uchi for originality, freshness, flavor combinations and presentation flair. Without a doubt, this is a treat and Bozeman, one not to be missed for sushi lovers.

We only eat here a couple of times a year for special occasions. Every time we have been thoroughly impressed. This was our best Feast yet. The Happy Hour seafood platter was a screaming deal and so tasty. Our dinners were fabulous. My wife had the Thai chicken wings which she raved about. I had that nights Sea Bass special that was amazing. Love this place. Wish I could eat here much more often.
