The Copernicus Science Centre is one of the largest science centres in Europe. Its exhibition is divided into six interdisciplinary parts with over 400 exhibits. Excellent museum, spacius with a lot of interactive exhibits of all aspects of science. Ideal for kids and not only. Very good buffet restaurant.

Bus 131 from the train station. Bus every 7mins. Soviet made MIG's, T32 35 tanks, some heavy duty equipment carry radars. All lined up in a row in a simple viewing area inside a former fort. Well worth the visit!

Geological Museum - National Research Institute

Geological Museum was established in 1919 and modeled after British Museum. The exhibition includes minerals, rocks and fossils from Poland that illustrate the geological history of our country. The most interesting are skeletons of mammoth and wolly rhinoceros, reconstructions of feathered dinosaur and early tetrapods as well as models of the cave and desert.
