First time at escape rooms. It was amazing! There were 4 of us & we did the Sherlock Holmes Room it was fab and such great fun! Staff were very friendly and professional. Can't wait to rebook!

We had a fantastic experience at escape reality completing the heist room which was a great room with lots of different puzzles to complete. The iPad that you are given to get your clues on is a great was to do it as it makes you think for yourself before trying to get a clue. If you seem to be getting really stuck the game master you have comes into the room either by you pressing the button or you looking completely puzzled like we did! We had Charlie as our games master who was brilliant! If we come to Cardiff again we will definitely go back!

My family went to AR Cardiff for a family event. Youngest player was 11 and oldest 56 and everyone enjoyed! Half of us played Black Queen and the other half played Mad Scientist. The game masters Tobias and Lowri were amazing, anticipating when we needed hints on our screens to stay on track and also when we wanted to figure things out alone - they were very intuitive with how we wanted to play. The puzzles were challenging and engaging and were well timed, making the experience great fun from start to end! Thank you Tobias and Lowri!

Had the best time in the Egyptian room, with 7 of us we weren’t at all bored always something to do for every single one of us. Great theme and executed brilliantly, very immersive, and really enjoyed that it was non-linear as kept us all working frantically!!! Shout out to Ceri who was super friendly and was clearly passionate about all of the rooms, had a great laugh with her! Amazing independent group of escape rooms, definitely our favourite in Cardiff.

I organised an escape room as a surprise for my boyfriend's 30th, but once i saw the reviews on here i started to panic.... Absolutely no need, we LOVED it. I came with a group of adults on a friday afternoon, we did hostel hostage, and we all had a great time. The puzzles were satisfyingly tricky but not TOO hard,and the staff were lovely. I returned today to do Atomic Agency with my 10 yr old and her friends (a week of birthdays) and again, it was great. Lovely staff, nice venue. Yes, the rooms aren't in brand new condition, but well worth the money we paid, wouldn't hesitate to book again!

I organised a night out for my friends birthday (big group of 15), and this was the perfect place to party. Everyone really enjoyed the bowling (we had 2 games) and the pricing was really good for the games and the drinks considering it feels like a real secret. I really want to come back to try the escape rooms, mainly because, the staff are all so lovely, they were all so accommodating. They were also very clear and helpful setting up the bowling and I just wanna say a personal thank you for making my mates birthday such a good event! I will be returning here, and I will be recommending it to all my mates that visit Cardiff as to me, this is a must visit place.
