The actual name of the coffee shop is Cafe-Kem 'Chua Dat Ten', but it's easier to see the Cafe-Kem (coffee- ice cream) sign.
The coffee shop is a very relaxed and friendly place at the bottom of the night market (Cho Dem Tra Vinh) on Ly Tu Trong Street; the market itself is an interesting place to see a Vietnamese clothing market in action - no tourist tat here. There are also food stalls.
The coffee shop is at the crossroads of Ly Tu Trong Street and Le Loi Street or half way between Ong Met Pagoda (Chua Ong Met) and Tra Vinh Church (Nha Tho Tra Vinh) on Le Loi Street. The TripAdvisor map is close but wrong :)
The owner speaks very good English and makes her own ice-cream, which is wonderful. They can also arrange for food to be brought in to you (if it's close by). Compared to the many coffee shops in Tra Vinh, this is a well placed and pleasant experience.

Vietnam has no short supply of coffee stops. Every second shop or stall on the street sells coffee and they are pretty much without question delicious (if you can bridge the communication gap to get one the way you like it, or if the local sweet style is to your taste). Tra Vinh is no exception to this, and we had many a good coffee around town. With Cafe de Paris, however, a little extra has gone into the experience, presentation and atmosphere of having your coffee - something more akin to what you might be used to elsewhere in the world. The owner opened the shop 3 weeks before we came by and she has done an amazing job of creating a pleasant sit-down space with coffee and delicious pastries, all made by her. She is one of the few people we met in Tra Vinh that can speak English and being so friendly, it was a good opportunity for us all to have a chat with each other.

All foods here are excellent, you could not decry any dish here. The jellyfish noodle is the awesome food that you only found in here. Jellyfish very crunchy, a bit sweet and a bit sour have been cooked with korean noodle and excellent soup from vegetable and seafoods. You cannot forget when you try one times only. Besides that, you will found your happiness in water mochi, ice-cream mochi, dumplings with liquid inside, rice roll papes, rice papes mix... and many drinks like peach tea, matcha yogurt, blueberry yogurt... Althought this shop is not big but they have good dishes, good services and some good games for customer.

This place has beautiful surroundings covered in fairy lights with lots of pathways and Bridges to explore before or after dinner.
The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. There is lots of karaoke and friendly atmosphere.

We called in trying to get some help in locating our accommodation. Young guy was exceptionally helpful in calling the place for us and translating the call. Had an iced coffee...very good. Nice clean Western toilets.
