We stopped by for a quick lunch and ended up having the soup of the day. The chicken curry vegetable was yummy, lot of great flavours with just a touch of heat.

A casual fine dining establishment in the Heart of the Valley. Specializing in Steak with a touch of Italian Cuisine. Offering a well rounded wine list with very reasonable prices. Reservations are strongly recommended as this little gem is usually full. Stayed tuned on the Facebook page for the latest updates!

The Green Elephant is right on Hwy 1 & we were just passing at lunch time. Lucky us, we stopped in. The greeting was friendly & it seemed like a sizeable portion of Kingston's residents were there too. It was very family friendly. All the...MoreThank you for sharing your experience, and I hope others will find us too :)

We stopped in for breakfast, eggs benny and ham and eggs; the ham was the worst kind of processed mashed bluck might as well have come out of a can, I hate when diners are too lazy to cook a ham, eggs were ok and margarine on the toast ruined that one, the "Home Fries" were straight out of a frozen bag, once again I hate when diners are too lazy to make home fries.
All things being equal I would recommend going through the drive thru at tim hortons the food quality is about the same and at least you know its coming out of a microwave :-)

This is the best bakery in the area. The staff are exceptional and no matter who you they treat you like family and even remember your names. Not only are the treats great but they also have a sit down or take out menu which can be pretty hard for deciding. Highly recommend visiting and trying their delights especially their Sticky Bun which is to die for.

Family dining in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. Home cooked meals and homemade desserts. Great spot for intimate dining, families or larger groups.
Had the pleasure of dining at Angie's with our 2 granddaughters last week. Staff are very pleasant and attentive. The pan fried haddock was delicious, as were the grilled cheese Sandwich, poutine and liver and onions. You have the choice to order a serving size for light eaters or a regular serving size. This restaurant has booth as well as table Seating and is very clean. The girls both ordered dessert, 1 had the ginger cake which was thoroughly enjoyed and the other had the best strawberry sundae ever. I would highly recommend Angies and will be sure to make a return visit when in the area!
