Our swimsuit friendly poolside bar features refreshing beverages (including beer, wine and frozen tropical drinks), and a full lunch menu.
The pool bar is great. The live music was a great plus. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the drinks are overpriced ($10-$12). If the prices were a bit lower (like $8), I probably would have bought 2 to 3 drinks instead of sticking to just 1. Mentally, spending over $10 a drink (and they are small drinks) stopped me from getting more. The restaurants a five minute drive away sell drinks double the size for $8.Thank you for the feedback regarding your recent visit with us at the Upper Deck Pool Bar. We loved reading how much you enjoyed our pool bar. We have live music Wednesday-Saturday from 5-7pm, weather permitting. However, we're sorry to hear that our drink prices were not in line with what you are used to having. Our prices are comparable to the rest of Sanibel Island pool side bars. Again, thank you for telling us about your visit with us. We look forward to seeing you the next time you're on Sanibel!Thank you,F&B Management

We were a little hesitant to try a pizza because of previous bad experiences on Sanibel. Not too worry, this was delicious, hot, and fast.Would do it again!

This restaurant is fairly new on Sanibel Island, Florida. This was our first visit. We love Cajun food. This restaurant did not disappoint. First, we loved the entrance and the beautiful decor here. Nice stained glass windows, Chihuly chandelier, and nice iron-work made our visit even more special. We went for lunch and sat on the balcony over-looking the palm tree tops. We saw 2 bald eagles circling while we were there. We both had the red beans, rice and sausage. This dish was very good. We had no room for dessert but we told they have delicious beignets. We will be returning and will definitely leave room for dessert! YUM

A worthy replacement for Blue Coyote -- chef delivers on a narrow but ambitious menu with tasty dishes that are plated in a very appealing manner.

Been dining here regularly for almost 30 years and always enjoyed it for casual but tasty cuisine; so much so, we have always taken visiting friends and family at least once on their trips.Today was very disappointing. Felt like the servers were disinterested in us. Food normally comes out quickly but tonight other tables who arrived after us, were being served before us (we had only ordered standard entrees). Mine arrived cold. I did manage to send it back but it had no flavour (garlic shrimp) and the Crunchberry salad appeared to have no cheese and minimal dressing... I could not get anyoneâs attention to complain. I left about half of it and when the server cleared the plates I told him that I was very disappointed in a meal that i usually really enjoy. It seemed like all the young staff were new (didnât recognise anyone) and frankly, were not very interested...wonât be back any time soon
