Find out what Pub restaurants to try in Bhutan. Remote Bhutan first allowed the world a peek inside in 1974. With four millennia of habitation, the Himalayan kingdom offers a trove of archaeological treasures, including many ornate temples and dzong fortresses. Isolation has preserved the heavily Buddhist-influenced culture of the last Shangri-La.

Stopped in for a beer as it was next to the hotel I was staying at. First the place is nicely laid out and extremely comfortable. As for the beer, I had an IPA which I enjoyed and later on my Drukair flight I had their Red Rice larger. Also good.I would recommend stopping by. BTW, they serve food and the menu looks tempting.
A warm cafe with a cosy bar located in Bhutan Suites, we make clean vegetarian meals and bake a variety of delightful sweet treats.
This lovely cafe within the Bhutan Suites Hotel prepares some seriously good Bhutanese cuisine. The staff is friendly and courteous, the surroundings pleasant, but the star here is definitely the food. Delicious.KuzuzangpolaThank you so much for your kind words! We do hope that you will come back and try our baked goods (we recommend our chocolate fudge brownies) and also indulge in our non-Bhutanese savory snacks. Sincerely,The Cafe Bhutan Team

Very tasty food, wide variety (chicken with peppers - something I will always remember) and most of all, great service. Premisses are very clean. Lovely, very hospitable manager. The restaurant was not very busy when I visited, thus was privileged to be served by the chef herself. I had lunch as part of my Bhutan tour package and can only recommend this place.

Located in a peaceful environment, we offer a variety of dishes including traditional Bhutanese meals and also have provision for outdoor barbecue and cultural programs.
This is quite smart restaurant in the middle of the city. The decor is very neat and tidy and thre is a pleasant and friendly feel about the place. I noticed that there were locals eating there, not just foreigners, which is aleways a good sign. The service was very good, friendly and helpful. The food was a mixture of local and other more westernised dishes. Everything we had was tasty and really enjoyable.Prices were reasonable for a good quality place.Well reommended.
