Food was good but staff is poorly trained and they don't know what service should be. No wonder there were only a few people at this place.

Bar Mleczny heeft de formule van een bedrijfskantine. Je pakt een dienblad en sluit aan in de rij voor een maaltijd. Je geeft je wensen door aan de dames achter de balie. Het eten wordt meteen opgeschept. Vervolgens kies je een drankje en misschien een salade of een toetje en dan reken je af bij de kassa. Super makkelijk! Maar niet voor ons want wij spreken geen Pools. Wij kijken dus wat andere gasten op hun bord hebben. Vervolgens maken wij de dames achter de balie met gebarentaal duidelijk wat wij graag zouden willen. En dan wordt duidelijk dat sommigen alsnog Engels spreken. Het wordt een vrolijke chaos, er wordt veel gelachen en binnen een mum van tijd zitten wij lekker aan tafel te eten. Hier zit je gegarandeerd tussen veel Poolse gasten. Dus moet het eten wel goed zijn!Ik ken deze formule buiten bedrijfskantines om eigenlijk alleen maar uit Rome in Italië. Dit soort restaurants zouden er meer moeten zijn. Het is nog sneller dan fast food en waarschijnlijk iets gezonder. Voor ons was het een hele opwindende lunch tijdens onze dagtrip naar het mooie, kleine stadje Brzeg. Ook vanwege de super lage prijs geven wij een super cijfer.

I took my food to my room but it was lovely and fresh, I also had fresh squeezed juice which was absolutely delicious. Very nice food , decent prices and most important serve to you by lovely smiling staff. Thank you very happy customer here.
