Built in 1903, the mansion was designed by Russian art nouveau architect Lev Kekushev and belonged to the Old Believer Nosov merchant family. The mansion is a historical and cultural centre for young people for all who are interested in the history of Russian entrepreneurship, art nouveau, and the Silver Age of Russian culture. Nosov’s Mansion has Music department of youth library.
