The Flame Factory brings wood fired pizza, flame grilled burgers and rare bred Clovelly Longhorn steaks to the historic Appledore quay side Hello from the Flame Factory, we're not trying to be big; we're only in Appledore - family owned and run by Jayne,
Restaurant looks really nice and comfortable. We went in for a family evening meal but turned away despite there being a number of empty tables. Decided to order 3 takeaway pizzas instead. Incredibly overpriced, 2 of the pizzas were dripping with grease, base of pizza box was saturated in oil, meat feast and BBQ chicken. Don't appear to use mozzarella, rather cheddar cheese as a topping. For £34 for 3 takeaway pizzas, you would expect better quality.

We went to settantanove for an evening meal, We had dough balls to start which were delicious. I had the aubergine special, which was tasty and a very good alternative to pasta. My partner had a calzone which was a generous size and was also very nice. Nice atmosphere and very attentive staff.

Managed to get in when passing with the wife and it was very busy so itâs better to book. Food was very good and house wine very nice and fair price. Friendly and efficient staff and overall very good evening. Just canât give it 5 stars as it lacked atmosphere, far too light they need to dim the lights and have some candles it would be a different place. Excellent menâs loos Itâs hard to explain but with so much choice the fact it was so not cosy would stop me going again which is a shame.

âStanding guard over the crossing of many roads at Mullacott, the Depot has long been a welcome rest stop for weary travellers, holiday-makers, and locals. In late April 1949, a Mr. W. T. Knill opened a new enterprise at this location, called the âMullaco
Myself and my other half visited this evening with our little one. I have a dairy allergy and our waitress, Lucy, was so helpful and knowledgable with regards to what I could and couldnât eat. She went the extra mile to make sure the chef was aware and I didnât feel like an inconvenience (a really common occurrence in a lot of restaurants). They were happy to replace cheese with vegan cheese (which tastes just like mild cheddar) and put other items on the side so my partner could still enjoy them! We shared pulled pork tacos to start which were AMAZING! Best pulled pork Iâve ever had! We also had tacos/a burger for mains which were really nice too. I had a gin (extensive gin list!!) and my other half had a coke and it all came to just under £50. Definitely worth every penny - we arenât local but if we were we would definitely visit regularly. Would 100% recommend :)

Making fresh American deep pan pizza with a huge selection of toppings. We also serve amazing burgers with beef form local Devon and Cornwall farms.
Can normally get 3 pizzas for £10 back in Leicester. BUT we had the veggie heavan for about £14 which was amazing! Great topping and base and to top it off we had s lovely hummus salad which you wouldn't normally get at a pizza take away. Good quick service but must say again how lovely the pizza was. It's not the quantity it's the quality ( could have had it abit bigger though but that's because I'm gready!!!). Great location too just passed the big woolacombe bay hotel so a few minutes from the beach!!!
