Nothing fancy or surprising, not sophisticated, really average. German portion so be careful - I would have preferred a half portion with more refined ingredients and hand-made flair but as a neighbourhood Italian they can't be really tailourling the restaurant to please the Messe exhibotors who come only once a year, I guess. Red Italian glass wine was very cold, surely kept in the fridge. Ask specifically for room temperature or just take a good (German) beer. A reasonable place if you are too tired to explore more central (and competitive) part of the city.

This a really nice place right near the middle of town. They fit our table of four in on a busy night even though we didn't have a booking. Many people I saw had the pizza, which my colleagues did as well and they loved it. I had pasta (tortaloni?) and really enjoyed it. We were in town for business so it was a nice break from traditional German food (which I love, but can only eat so much wurst in a week).Ciao! As the hotel restaurant was about to close I checked TripAdvisor and followed their recommendations to this restaurant close-by. Busy at 9pm but quick service and good quality Italian food.

Visited the restaurant with family for an evening meal. Situated opposite the Sheraton it is a grandiose place with a large central room comprising of paintings of the Apostles, plenty of wood panelling, wine bottle displays and a large chandelier.My wife had a tasty tagliatelle dish, whilst my daughter and I had pizza (Matteo & Paulo) (they are named after each Apostle). The pizzas are large, approx 18 inches, so they don't skimp on portions here. Attentive staff and a good meal was had. Recommended if in the area or at the hotel.

WOW! This place was a great dinning experience. We were a large party of 11 and the place was busy on a Friday night. However, the service was impeccable. The appetizers were scrumptious and the pizza were freshly prepared straight from the oven. The entire meal was good experience for the team.The ambiance was casual chic with great wall art as well. I would definitely return again when visiting the city of Hannover

In Hannover for business, a colleague brought me here for dinner, close to the Expo fairgrounds. It's small and pretty popular, several tables for eating in and also a busy take-out business. I had wonderful cheese cannelloni with bolognese sauce, followed by a lovely panna cotta. My colleague had a steak of some kind which was so tender he hardly needed his knife. The owner and servers are very friendly!
