Cane Rosso

We met family at the restaurant. The Star is an entertainment area connected to the Dallas Cowboys. Parking was fair. Lots of cars makes it tight. The restaurant was crowded but we had called and had reservations for 9. The waiter Tim, was pleasant and hurried. Sometimes it took a while to get something. Wife and I split a pizza and it was the right size. (14”) we also order individual salads to supplement meal. The salads are big enough for 2-3 people. We didn’t know. The pizza was tasty and I like the thin crust. Would have liked it have been a tad crisper. All in all, good pizza, salads and environment. Prices were about average. Definitely would go back.

We have eaten here several times and it never disappoints. The staff is welcoming and the food is always amazing! It is one of our favorite places to eat. I am so happy they opened in Frisco so now I don’t have to drive to Plano to eat there unless I’m around Plano. It is quick and efficient! We have never had a bad meal or experience at Newks, in Plano or Frisco! Highly recommend it!

Great local pizza. Special orders aren't a problem at all. We like the Mediterranean Pizza ... or 1/2 Mediterranean and 1/2 Greek. They also do a great job with large to go orders. Never had a problem or an incorrect order.Palio's is a little expensive for pizza, but still a great place for lunch or dinner.

Eddie Napoli's Italian Resturant

Food is ok. It needs more seasoning. We had dinner salad with house dressing. It had too much Oregano in it. I know it’s ironic since I said good needs more seasoning. I had lasagna- okMy husband had their version of supreme called “spectacular”again just ok. It was a cold night and we were right in the pathway of the cold air every time the door opened. Would be nice if they had a partition to block cold air. Our server was nice, no concerns with him. He was quick and efficient.

I went to Testa on the strength of the reviews calling it from "the best pizzeria in the area" to "the best pizzeria this side of the Atlantic" and I was greatly disappointed. To begin with, the menu is extremely limited, mostly meat pizzas, variety of "Margueritas", "Four Cheese" and a Vegetarian. Not a single seafood option, which for a pizzeria that presents itself as a Neapolitan is ridiculous! Any Neapolitan pizzeria must have Frutti di Mare, Anchovy, etc. We ended up ordering a Quattro Formaggi and a "Four Seasons", the first one was okay (not outstanding) and the second disappointing. Artichokes were clearly from a can, and steeped in vinegar, killing the taste of everything. Drinks were equally awful - root beer should have been called "liquid sugar" and recommending Red Ale as a substitute for Apple Cider is bizarre at the very least. Not going there again.
