I had a bad experience with this restaurant, from the waitress who didn't introduce herself to me and couldn't care to check up on me , to the distasteful seafood pasta which was full of shrimps instead of prawns and bitter mussels, to the waiter who continuously spoke to me while I was trying to eat my food and to waiting for over 10 minutes for my bill and on arrival, it had food items I didn't even order. Very disappointed, not going back!

The staff know nothing and are unable to answer the simplest question. They refuse to deliver to us though we offered to pay extra and when my husband was able to eventually go pick up they refused to honour a special on the website. Will never buy there again!

We only like buying pizzas from Roman's, for many years - even since they only had one branch in Klipfontein. We ordered pizzas from River Crescent branch on Friday afternoon but we were really disappointed. We've asked for thin base but we were both in agreement that we received thick base. The toppings were only spread in the centre of the pizzas and the toppings were scarcely scattered. We ordered a spare rib pizza but could hardly find a piece of meat and half of the slices were covered with topping and cheese. The chicken pizza were just as bad â no, we are not use to this sub standard pizzas. Roman's used to be our best Pizza take away option but we will have to re-think this option and maybe try out the opposition - like Domino's???

After my disappointment with no lights @ news cafe went to Parranottis and ordered their pizza prepared in time professionally and with the greatest of confidence. The paranottis is located within the Highveld Mall @ Emalahleni on the Food Court side. I ordered a Monster Pizza of chicken something??? This restaurant sits in a Centre that's a little hidden. It's has decent decor. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food was good and worth giving a shot.

Good to visit to watch rugby and drink a beer. They also cater for children and can host children's birthday party etc. you must definitely order a pizza when visiting they make the best pizza in town
