From there to now So ⦠how did I go from a motion picture caterer to owner of Ameci Newbury Park? It was just great timing. I wanted to pursue my passion, the food that I grew up with â the food that is in my soul. After years as a caterer with the compan
Had to go to the UPS store and Ameci's was right next door. So, we tried it. Honestly, it didn't look initially appealing. However, I started talking with the gentleman at the counter. I asked questions about a few items on the menu & he patiently answered all with a smile. My husband and I took a long time to decide, as we hadn't been there before AND he and I seemed to have different priorities for the meal. We finally placed out order and the counter person assured us that it would be just a short while. He was right. In just a few minutes, he presented us with the freshest salad I'd ever had at a pizza place. Shortly after that, he brought the rest of our order. The wings were really good. They didn't taste like they had been frozen and they weren't overcooked or over salted, like so many popular wing places. We were very happy with the food.Add to that, the fact that the whole time we were there, someone was cleaning. I really like when I see that. It always makes me feel better to know that I'm eating in a place that puts forth an effort to be sanitary. We spoke to the gentleman at the counter as we were leaving. His name was Steve & he was the owner. We told him that we would be back again soon!

Tucked away in a strip mall with a bunch of other restaurants. We wanted to go to a Camarillo restaurant that we hadn't tried before. We found it to be a cozy place with friendly staff and food like you would expect an Italian grandmother to serve in her home. The flavors were robust, the portion sizes were ample, but the prices were very reasonable. I don't remember the name of the dish, but I had a beef filled ravioli, my husband had a pasta dish with vegetables and we split a Mediterranean salad. All was very good. We took a piece of tiramisu to go. Later that night we had the tiramisu and found it to have a strong coffee flavor. Funny that neither of us like coffee, but loved the tiramisu. He is more of a connoisseur of that dessert than I am, but said it was some of the best he'd had. I expect we will be back at D'Amores soon.

First time dining at this place and it didnât disappoint me. It was confusing at first because I ordered double dough so I thought it would be thick crust but itâs still thin. Then I ordered something from their menu and itâs called white mushroom - I thought I would get exactly what the description says but then they asked me what sauce, meat, cheese I want. I got so confused but asked sausage to be added but I was scared I would be asked to pay additional $$$. Anyway, this restaurant reminded me of subway where you can just point and tell them the toppings you like. I just donât know if I added a lot of meat I would get charged extra. Overall, the pizza was good but expensive. It was about $10 for a small pizza but can feed 2 people.

This is the best idea yet. Call ahead for the special of the day. Call home and have someone heat up the oven. By the time you get home with the pizza, it only takes 10-15 min, and you have dinner! The specials are 10$ for a large which feeds all 5 of us. They also have holiday specials, hearts for valentines and the like. YUMMY!

My first time eating in the restaurant. The noise level was high. Very busy place. The salad bar was excellent. There were two employees dedicated to keeping it clean and full. It is a one pass salad bar, no refills, but a very generous sized bowl. The pizza is always good and this one was as expected. The pizza is brought to the table via gps monitoring. Beer and wine are available and self serve non alcoholic beverages. It isnât a quiet romantic Italian restaurant, but a good place to take the family for a satisfying night out.

Pizzeria Bianco Rosso is the place to get a great quality pizza full of flavor and not dripping with grease. We have yet to branch out to the other offerings...salad, sandwiches, pasta, and panino as we are so delighted with their pizzas. There are numerous pizza selections offering either red or white sauce. One favorite is the Othello with bacon, goat cheese, and carmellized onion. Yum!
