Easy and really responsive booking via email. Karen turned up at our hotel (Spot in the Woods, Woodlands) with bikes, helmets and trail map) exactly as booked. Really good fun cycling on nearby well marked, woodland gravel trails. Payment easy on the spot, and collected bikes without further need for checking out. Fun and fantastic service.

The most friendly staff ever! Hiring the cycles for us was easy and straight forward. We were able to rent out two bikes for a reasonable cost and had a lovely cycle around the forest tracks. They even gave us a special map! Highly recommend this place.

Lots of free parking - easy access out on to the Forest or back into Lyndhurst with all its cafes, pubs and shops. Good location to cycle from. Be aware the Forest animals arent pets - they live wild and, for your own safety, you need to give them space, keep your dogs on a lead whenever near them.

Played here on Monday with two friends, what a great golf course, really friendly staff in all areas from the Pro shop, bar to the green staff. Course was in great condition with the added benefit of having ponies and cattle grazing wild across the entire course. If I lived nearby I would become a member

We planned to hire bikes for our stay to get the most out of the New Forest and had looked online and in one of the shops on the high street. We stumbled across this place when on our way to the visitor centre. The bikes are predominantly Specialized, so a recognised brand, and are in very good condition. All the necessary is provided if needed i.e. backpack, pump, map, bike lock and Billy is more than happy to tell you about the routes that can be done through the forest. We had the bikes all afternoon. This is all done for £10! Very much worth the money.
