I had this on my TO DO LIST for a long time and finally made it to the "Oldest Bar in New Mexico". This place certainly has the ambience of an old historic and local establishment popular with a huge spectrum of the world. A warm and friendly greeting from the convivial, informative and lovely Miss Stephanie who, in addition to being a marvelous host and server, also saved me several hundred dollars by telling me that smoking cigars anywhere in the Old Town Square outside would probably get me arrested!!!! She was a font of local knowledge and I only wish I had had more time to pass in EL PATIO and to explore the local area.
