Govardhan is an extremely beautiful place where you can immersed in the bhakti of krishna/Giriraaj.I did the parikrama this year in the month of December.Initially i was scared whether i will be able to complete 21km or not but gradually when I saw little kids who were doing sastang dandabad parikrama,i felt that atleast i can simply walk and complete the circumference.Nowadays,on the way you will get enough eateries and also many public toilets. Also the e rickshaws are availabe if incase you feel you are not feeling well.Interestingly,if you complete the circumference all your prayers are answered.Gobardhan is Kalpataru dham.Do visit and offer prayers!

On the edge of the Goverdan Hill,is the famous Radha Kund and the adjoining Shyam Kund. The devotees perform parikrama and take a holy bath. The radha Kund is the epitome of Srimati Radharanis love and devotion for Lord Krishna .

One one of the must visit place in lifetime as this place is connected with lots of unresolved mysteries with Hindu God Shri Krishna. This is to be believed that not only God Krishna visits this place but he also do his Ras Leela every night at this place. That is why after the evening Aarti at 7:00pm, the doors of Nidhivan shut down for the devotees as well as priests. Even, the animals and birds that are sighted here all through the day also leave the premises in the evening.

I’m from Canada and have been following wildlife’s organization on Instagram for a while. Their work is inspiring and so needed. So few people want to know the story of the elephants in India, and it’s a sad history. Wildlife SOS is trying to change that with information, tours, on site vets, hospitals, all the things they can do to provide a safe environment for the harmed animals and educate their country and the tourists who come. I wish more people could be like you and us who believe in your work. Please keep on fighting, thank you for all you do. Anyone who wants to see elephants in India and doesn’t support animal abuse should come to support this organization and visit their healing elephants.

It is the main ghat of Mathura and is central to 25 other ghats. The traditional parikrama starts and ends at Vishram Ghat. Lord Krishna is said to have rested at this place after killing Kansa. If you visiting mathura then this place has to be in your bucket list or must place to visit in mathura. Next to dwarikadhish temple on walking distance. Boat ride is must and beware of monkeys. Hardly they charge 20 rs to 50 rs per person for boat ride.
