The atmosphere is really cool, mosaics on the walls, colored chairs, very festive!! We sat in the bar area mainly to stay away from family/kids as it was adults day out(they also offer outdoor covered seating) and we ordered our drinks (YUMM). Then the chips & salsa came, I don't know what they put in the salsa but I could just keep eating it! Waitresses were very friendly, I had the enchilada 3 way and husband had the stuffed pablano, friends had the burrito & chimichanga. (sorry about spelling on those dishes) We ate every bite and it was fabulous. Manager checked on us to see if we were happy, and we raved about everything. We had a few rounds of drinks and had no room for desert but I'll bet they are amazing too. Definitely going to be our Go-To Mexican Restaurant (FABULOUS)

I live nearby here and finally tries it! The ambiance was plain , but most importantly clean! The chips and salsa were good. The prices were very reasonable. I ordered the pick 4 for $8.99. Tamal, taco, enchillada and sopito. All very good. The rice and beans were also good. My wife ordered three tacos. Good! Nice place.

It's quite true that the ambiance is somewhat lacking; that being, said the food was great and the prices were good. The building appears to be an old converted convenience store with the front windows walled in. Inside is a little Spanish market on one side and a dining room on the other side with school cafeteria seating. You place your order at the counter and are directed to select a drink from the cooler in the mini mart side and then take a seat. The food was served quickly and was filling, satisfying and quite good. If you ask for a desert you will be directed to some rich, but quiet good shrink wrapped large dried and frosted sweet potato or the like. The whole experience felt like we were transported to Latin America but in a good way. As a saying goes...... Try it, you'll like it!
I just left this establishment and I am so full of exceptional flavor, delicious food, fantastic service, and reasonable prices. What more could a person ask for. It is very unassuming from the look, and the location but I can only recommend this as one of the best Mexican restaurants I have been to.

I really liked this place. There was a good crowd of folks lined up. We ordered take out with various kinds of tacos. They were pretty good. The hesitation is that they were VERY greasy. It was dripping off the plates. I was disappointed, but will return to try other dishes.

Liked the variety of distinctive lunch choices at this "tortilla bar". The tacos made cleverly with square tortillas, filled with surprising combinations of flavor. My carne asada taco just plain good! Location on the artsy street is pleasantly comfortable on a warm day, shady but with the open air front of the business it felt like dining outdoors - the Florida way. Pricing of the food is well done, felt like a good deal with the big taste and small price.
