YES, I will go back. The food was fresh, tasty and authentic. The pollo enchiladas lunch special (red sauce) was prepared perfectly. All ingredients, including rice and beans, were fresh and flavorful. Lunch mate had burrito and declared it also to be excellent. The difference is in the ingredients. Real food tastes better. The portion sizes were generous.Service was prompt and friendly. Fresh, crispy chips arrived before mains with two "salsas" that both tasted mild to me. The waitress was happy to bring some hotter salsa when we asked. Iced tea was not great. Will order a Jumex drink next time. The reasonable pricing is the icing on the cake. Spend your money here not at the chain mexi places that have terrible food.Parking lot right behind cafe which is tucked into a side street. Look for their sign next to UPS.

Suf taco that venerable Jersey Shore staple took over a spot from the now-defunct Taco Truck in the Princeton Shopping Center on N. Harrison Street. For this experiment, I had the Carne Asado double corn soft tortilla. The order wait was a bit longer than I thought and by the time I got my taco is was 10 minutes more of waiting with two people ahead of me when I stood in line. I guess they still have growing pains? The food came out and it was good, especially with the side of corn chips and getting the salsa bar fixings around the corner from the order window. My only gripe is that this special was $5.60 with taxes which I thought was a bit high for what I got. It is a quality meal and maybe I'll go back to their fish taco's that I had before which they are really known for.

Fine dining it's not. What it is, though, is perhaps the best fast-food meal available. For roughly the same price as a so-so burger, fries, and Coke at McD's you get a generous portion of freshly cooked chicken or beef along with a choice of additions: beans, salad, tomatoes, salsa, guacamole, and such. All excellent. If you're really hungry you can probably finish one of the main dishes. Otherwise, you'll have enough for two meals. Great place for lunch or dinner. Eat in or take out.

Every day at 8 a.m., we start chopping veggies, soaking beans, and prepping our mesquite-fired grill. Not because we have to, but because we believe in delicious flavors made-to-order, from hand-rolled enchiladas to our sizzling fajitas to guacamole made
The food is good but it is never served warm enough. I always get the enchiladas with beans and rice and nothing is really warm enough on the plate. So please heat that food up because I do like the taste. The chips are warmer than the entrees and very good - just right. I like that you get your own private salsa so no sharing with those double dippers. I do like the margaritas although a bit more tequila so you can see or taste it would be nice for the price. Our waitress Melanie was attentive, patient and somewhat friendly. Prices are typical.

Went to Tacoria recently with coworkers for lunch. Adorable place! Love the rustic / industrial / Mexican decor. Even the bathroom was unique with it's large metal utility sink. The food ordering was pretty quick. The menu is not too large - which is good. They have a bunch of homemade hot sauces on the wall opposite the registers. Ranging from pretty mild chili Verde to a pretty spicy one. I had a salad with grilled chicken. The flavors were delicious and fresh. Would definitely come back to try more dishes. They also have a whole Vegan menu - pretty impressive!

Based on a friendâs recommendation, my wife and I met her for dinner at Tortugaâs for dinner. The restaurant has parking adjacent to it. There is also a free public parking lot a short walk down the street. They donât take reservations, but the restaurant interior is surprisingly spacious and has two levels. Even on a busy Sunday night, we were seated immediately upstairs and provided fresh tortilla chips, fresh salsa and water. The chips and salsa were delicious and a nice start to our meal. This is a BYOB restaurant and our server cheerfully asked how many wine glasses were required and brought them right out. The staff were friendly and efficient; the restaurant was comfortable and clean. We ordered jalapeño poppers to share as an appetizer. They were well prepared with red salsa and sour cream as accompaniments. For my entree I had the chili rellenos poblano. This was made with two poblano peppers; one was stuffed with pork and one was stuffed with cheese. They were both covered in cheese and a red sauce. They had a nice bite and were served hot with the sauce and cheese perfectly integrated with the poblanos. This dish also included rice and black beans; they were a great complement to the poblanos. This was my first visit to Tortugaâs and I quite enjoyed it. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the staff. I look forward to returning and sampling some of the other dishes.
