We happened to be downtown on Saturday at lunchtime so we finally tried the Casa Mezcal. The previous restaurant at this location was as big a disappointment as the Casa was a pleasant surprise. No sooner had we been seated than the chips, salsa and some kind of queso dip arrived. Salsa was enjoyably spicy. I had a lunch burrito and my husband had arroz con pollo. Service was a little slow but we were not in a hurry. I had lots of ground beef in my burrito and I liked the sauce, my husband said the chicken was very fresh tasting. We will definitely go back and try other dishes. We did not have dessert because we were too full from lunch.

Authentically delicious food and drinks made fresh to order daily. Art and furnishings handcrafted in Mexico. For family, friends and community, the fiesta starts here. Itâs like being in Mexico without getting on a plane.
We enjoy a relaxing Sunday lunch while watching the falls on the river below. Good hard shell tacos and especially good fried ice cream. Service is usually attentive. We are not drinkers but the bar appears to be very popular with colorful Mexican drinks and conversation. A good place to kick back with a view and Mexican food. Two questions: Are you a professional writer and can we hire you to write for us? We stopped by on one of our excursions to Nashua. Despite being busy (lunchtime) the service was quick, efficient and courteous. Food was very good, quantity nice. Restaurant was clean for time of day, and as soon as it slowed someone came out to clean tables, floors and counter areas. Overall a nice experience.

First timer and ordered up some Carnitas Tacos and they were damn good! While I was sitting there I saw a plate of Carne Asada Fries roll by. Iâll definitely be going back for them!

We wanted to give the Koreans an authentic american experience...so we took them to various ethnic restaurants. Today was Mexican. La Carreta has a large menu, lots of seating, and is run by a family that knows how to run a restaurant. The food is close to authentic, but a bit americanized to serve the large non-mexican population that goes there. Food quality and service are _always_ excellent.
