I went in in October and November and had the same experience. The garbages where over flowing, the tables and counters were dirty, the drink machine was all sticky, and all the employees were just goofing off. I had to ask twice to get sour cream and nacho cheese. Then I got to my table with my food and the burrito was not even together. Everything was falling out. The quesadilla was burnt and cold? How do you do that? I wont go back to this one again. It is hard to get to with that partition in the road anyway. Sorry guys.
Been a few times not consistent. Got our meals at different times. Place is empty and it was so slow. Then friends of employees with literally a screaming kid running through restaurant and even put in toy on our table... on our tortillas. I love kids but this kids screamed to high and so much I couldn't eat. $37.00 later for two of us I packed my food up and we left. Told the staff horrible experience but they didn't care. So we are finding new Mexican restaurant.

My Mom and I stopped here on our way out to the Washington coast from Portland, Oregon. The food was good. The prices were reasonable. The people were pleasant. It has a drive through and a fast food type restaurant feel inside. So it is basic. Nothing fancy. But it was generally clean and available at a time on our drive when we were hungry. So it worked for us! :)

Nailbanger Here Again; If you are going to be in Longview YOU MUST GO TO Muchas Gracias. The Mexican Food here is Real Deal / Authentic , and as good as it gets anywhere. Everything we had was delicious. I had the Carne Asada Plate, and the Chili Rellenos. The wife got the Carne Asada Tacos, the Salsa Bar is awesome. I would not hesitate to order anything on the menu. Portion size is generous and prices are very reasonable.Plenty of parking.

Anytime a $ 5.00 beef burrito is so small that it would take MORE than two of them to even come close to filling me up, it is far and away over priced. My wife's $ 7.00 salad was small in comparison to other restaurants, both fast-food and sit down. The dressing was supposed to have a lime flavor to it, but you couldn't tell by tasting it.All I can say is that this place serves mediocre quality food and has very high prices. And don't count on any of the staff to offer to help you in any if you bring a shortcoming to their attention Unless they gave you the WRONG food, they are not allowed to do anything about it to make the customer happy. The manager today didn't even know how many locations they have in their company. I'm sorry but, unless it is adding new stores almost every day, by the time a person gets promoted to manager, they should know how many stores there are in the chain.

Visited on a busy Sunday night (Mother's Day). The restaurant is large and has a fun, friendly vibe. Service was VERY attentive and friendly. Only issue was the food. Average price seemed to be $15-17 for dinner which is on the pricey side for Mexican food. Portions were generous. I ordered the "deluxe Tostada" with chicken. The dish came entirely covered in shredded lettuce. Lots of lettuce. Not what I was expecting. My wife's dish was a chicken dish with pineapple. Ok but nothing she would order again. My daughter had a bowl of tortilla soup. Again, OK. Huge portions. I think we would visit again but probably order something different. Seems like a nice place and very very busy so maybe we ordered the wrong things.
