We've been eating at El Rancho since it opened. The owners are great people. The service is wonderful. We're treated like family there. They're always willing to make substitutions if desired. It is a relaxed atmosphere. They can get pretty busy on Friday nights, but service is quick!

Lobby: Not clean, trash can over following and dirty tables.Customer Service: Poor, staff memberes on their phone and talking to each other and not me the guest. Food Quality: Poor: chicken was over cooked and cold.If you havn't been than I would not waste my money. Go some place else. The food is poor quality and the customer service is not good. Overall; NOT RECOMMENDED.

After a difficult and emotional day, we ordered large Texas style margaritas with our dinner. Just what the doctor ordered. Great food as well.

How do you not have Skillet Queso available on Cinco de Mayo? If you don't know then you are in the same boat as me as I couldn't understand why either. Refills were very slow. I ordered beef enchiladas without corn & black bean salsa but this request not to have the salsa was ignored. The empty spaces next to me at the bar when I sat down had not been bussed clean. I didn't get a napkin with my meal--I had to borrow a semi-used one from one of the unbussed stacks of dinnerware next to me at the bar. Also, after the spaces next to me were finally cleaned off a couple of off duty Chili's waitresses sat next to me and managed to keep essentially the entire on duty staff busy with special demands the whole time I was there, completely to the detriment of other customers like me. I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this experience. I do not see dining here again in my future. Two thumbs way, way, way down. Steer clear of here--there are plenty of better dining options in this area.

It is your basic Moe's. No surprises you go down the line tell them what you want and they assemble it. Children seem to like it so I guess you would call it family ready. You could take a business associate there for an informal meeting as long as it is a low key meeting. Service is relatively fast and the food is pretty good for the surroundings.

I go to Mexican restaurants all over the southeast and none compare to El Maya in Lee County. Fast, Friendly and always amazing food. Gavi, Jomar, Juan, Ismael - too much good service to name! If you are looking for Mexican food in the Albany/Leesburg area, you don't have to look any further than here!
