I have tried this restaurant several times when for some reason I decided I want fast food. Now they seem to have come out with all kinds of new choices but they so often don't have the items. The one thing I expect to get every time I go to KFC for others in my family is the extra crispy .... Not one single time have they had any extra crispy. Wan white meat nope they are out of that too. Now the employees .... I understand this might be a part time job or a fill in job to help with bills or a job cause gas money is needed however I expect to be treated like a customer that is appreciated. I work in a very frustrating retail environment so I actually know that this is sometimes very hard however it is what each of the, are paid to do. Getting rude because I want a refund because it is discovered once again ( still wondering why this was a surprise to the cashier) some of the items I ordered are not available is really beyond my tolerance level.

We used to really love the food here, but this last visit, the food was just so so. They service was good and the interior decor is very interesting. Probably will give it another chance.

We normally eat at the Jones Franklin restaurant which was the first of the group. The food and service has remained great even though they have grown and expanded thru the years.

I've eaten here twice, once alone and once with a very large group (25+ people, youth baseball team). Both times I found the food, service and experience to be very good. No real deviations from most Mexican places you've probably eaten in terms of menu choices. Tiras de Pollo, which is what I get nearly everywhere I go for Mexican, was excellent and I'll order it again. Just the fact that we had about 10 separate checks for an extremely large party on a very busy Saturday night and the server not only didn't bat an eye but didn't make a single mistake either tells me they're on top of their game. Can't go wrong at Mi Cancun.
