I would call this an expanded food truck menu done great. Tacos, tostada, enchiladas, etc. Four salsas to use, all delicious. Lots of seating, a TV, and drive thru as well. Horchata on tap. This place rocks, it is in the industrial "in between" Marysville and Smokey point. Worth the extra few stoplights, believe me. Can't wait to come back, maybe tomorrow! I had the daily special, chili Verde enchiladas, omg. With drink it was $12. I am taking almost half to go, great value.

Playa Bonita Restaurant

We have eaten here several times in the past and experienced very so-so food and expected more of the customary Americanized Mexican dishes, but last night it was HORRIBLE! We both ordered Chimichangas. All of the condiments were piled onto the top of the Chimichangas so everything was a soggy mess. We both began eating right away, so the sogginess wasn't from the food sitting around on our table. I'm not a fussy eater by any stretch, but I couldn't take more than 3 bites. We left without eating. We've always given restaurants a couple of times before we cross them off our "list" because anyone can have a bad night. Playa Bonita is off our "list".

Stopped for a quick lunch at the request of my granddaughter. It isn't usually a fast food restaurant I frequent but I will probably stop more often now. Good food! And the complex drink machine had us laughing as we had to keep making selection after selection to finally come to our choice.

Having not been here before, we took the family here for lunch after a nearby exhibition. Had to wait for a table for six but didn't take long. Once everyone made their decision, order was placed for three of their Saturday Burrito Specials ($7.75), one Lunch #1 Encilada/Tamale ($9.95) and two Tinga Tostadas ($8.95). Everyone seemed to enjoy their meals, service was good although busy, and place appeared clean. Menu has many options to shoose from. Easy access off Highway 9.

All the traditional Mexican offerings with a few different and interesting twists. Portions are large and well prepared. Wine and beer list isn’t extensive, but margaritas and specialty drinks are plentiful. When they bring out the salsa and chips they also have a dish of pico de Gallo and ask if you want it for an additional $1.79. Service is great.
