My wife loves Taco Mayo although I find it average at best. The service is always good, inside or drive through and the prices are reasonable. I just find their food very bland. A bit more spicy and I would be an enthusiastic customer like my wife. I do have to give them credit for maintaining a very clean environment for eating.

Polo's Embassy

I hadn’t been to Polo’s in several years. The last time I went, the salsa was my only complaint foodwise. Unsurprisingly, the salsa is still very bland. This time, the chips were also not good (they tasted like store bought or not fresh) and the main courses were just ok. I would also recommend skipping the queso. They still have the best refried beans, rice, and flour tortillas in Ada though. The atmosphere of the restaurant is still nice. Getting bad chips and salsa as soon as you are seated makes one feel disappointed from the get go. I wish they would step up their game some.

La Fiesta Mexican Restaurant

I have eaten here many times. Family owned & operated. Excellent food. Festive, clean environment. Food is closer to authentic vs Tex Mex. With this in mind, the entire staff is Spanish-speaking and while they try, their English is not proficient. The reason I rated 4 instead 5 is because of the language barrier. You have to be very clear about what you are ordering & make sure the waiter understands, or you will likely not get what you asked for.
