Try SunnyBeach spelling in one word. The place is brand new so it may not be listed. Superb little hotel! Clean, modern, quiet, friendly, fantastic value at THB 1,100 (including breakfast) in high season! This place deserves support!

Reviewed By littleiggyThe hotel is down a small Soi and about 100 metres away from the Beach. It's very clean, room are large, and good value for the money. Only downside is it has no lift so if you have limited mobility then this may be an issue. However, the staff are excellent and do their upmost to help. The hotel location is its main selling point. Would I stay there again certainly.

Vickan's Guesthouse is conveniently situated on Jomtien Beach Road and is a superb location for any visit to Pattaya. The luxurious rooms of extremely high quality are thoughtfully laid out and finished to European standards. The overall effect is one of comfort, privacy and cleanliness, presented in a modern classic style. Each room is equiped with tasteful decorations and amenities, including a Double bed, en suite bathroom, air conditioning, fitted furniture, cable TV, ceiling fan, tea & coffee making facilities, personal safe and Internet.

Reviewed By JamesBangkokFor a couple of evenings I enjoyed sitting out front and watching the world go by, the staff are very polite and friendly, so decided to have dinner one night. Makes a change to have Scandinavian food, except... no fish. At all. No Dory, Cod, or Salmon... so ordered meatballs, passable. The advertised footy wasn’t on. Not enough chilled white wine, would I mind having ice in it? Watched a couple arrive with suitcases and the owner couldn’t be bothered to get up and help them sort their room. Try harder please!

Cheap and convenient hotel close to the crowded beach.
Reviewed By Mnilson22Clean and decent hotel, no surprise. As always quite hard mattress, but after some investigation and talking to the cleaner, a top matress was found that saved my good night sleep. Opposite the hotel an Swedish/Scandinavian restaurant.

Reviewed By Alexander VОстанавливался в этом отеле 20.10.15. Бронировал 2 номера. Потом нашел номер в Парк лейн(в котором планировал остановится на месяц) и отменил бронь. По приезду в Паттайю в Парк лейн никто меня не встретил.На дворе ночь. Обратился в Конкордию, хозяина зовут Атилла. Номера чистые, новая мебель, холодильники, телевизоры. Буду останавливаться в Конкордии еще. Атилле спасибо за гостеприимство! Коссолом!(спасибо по венгерски)

Nightmare guesthouse
Reviewed By burmajones1There is rarely any staff on premises, and their sole housekeeper/clerk badgered my friend and I during the entire stay about shutting down the aircon unit whenever we left, even if it was just for a 5 minute trip to 7/11. Being that it took forever to recover, it made for an uncomfortable stay. Angry reaction when requesting clean towels, trash removal. Seems as if they want to collect room rental and then spend as little time and expense to provide even the most basic of accomodations. Large rooms two blocks from beach, microwave and hot water for tea are the only positive. No parking, as advertised. Refused to honor GENIUS benefits from Booking.Com. There are many well run guest houses on this soi, avoid this one at all costs.
