Reviews on Latin food in Sedona, Arizona, United States. Sedona is a true oasis, a vacationer’s paradise in the middle of the Arizona desert. Here, you’ll find resorts and spas, canyons and red rock formations. Bell Rock and Oak Creek Canyon are great hiking spots, and the dramatic architecture of the Chapel of the Holy Cross is a religious experience itself. When the sun dips down below the horizon it introduces the best show in Sedona: the night sky.

We listened to flamingo music while watching the crowd do a little dancing. The prickly pear margarite, the flavor was interesting and a bit sweet. I always think it good to try the local fare.

We stopped for a drink having heard of the great views from here. Although we werenât eating, the waitress brought us complimentary tortilla chips and salsa, both homemade that day. We all agreed we had never had better. They donât sell the salsa because itâs made fresh every day without preservatives. I want to go back to try the food on the menu!

Tortas de fuego is a huge favorite of the locals in Sedona, as well as the host of many travelers who enjoy home cooking at a fair price. Our meals are prepared to order and only use fresh ingredients . We have vegetarian, gluten-free, and kids menus avai
We ate at the one in Sedona for dinner. First we ordered iced tea - unsweetened. We got sweetened tea. This was replaced. Then we ordered the cheese quesadilla. It was greasy and made with a very thin slice of basic cheddar cheese. Not good. At least they could use a good Mexican cheese. The accompanying guacamole had no flavor. We then had Pollo Asado tacos. I wanted soft flour tortillas and my significant other wanted hard-shelled corn tortillas. First, we both got soft corn tortillas. Those were both replaced. The chicken was awful. Tiny cubes of very dry chicken with some raw onion on top. Like eating leather and totally flavorless, except for the raw onion taste. Our order was simple, but we had so many errors on order taking. The food has no flavor. We tried the hot sauces. Some were burn-your-lips-off hot. None of them had any flavor, just heat. On top of this the parking is very limited. Don't bother to go here. There are way better Mexican restaurants in Sedona.

This was a great place to settle down after a full day of exploring the pink rocks of Sedona. There were a lot of nicely dressed people, we were decently dressed, but had no issues getting a table(reservations recommended). The earlier you come, the better the chance for a great view.Food was very good, we shared everything.Sunset did not "play" on the rock like I had it imagined in my head it would, but everything else was perfect.Dinner for 2: $167

Authentic mexican flavor. Large tamales made fresh daily with NON-GMO organic corn flour masa, NO LARD or processed foods and full of filling !!!! Traditional Chiles rellenos, traditional salsas, homemade beans.
Had the pork tamale platter with beans and rice. Very filling and great flavor-the real deal authenticity wise-even with the rice and beans which tend to be an afterthought-that is what separates this place. The only issue is that it is cafeteria style and thus the food was just lukewarm. Clearly they need to provide an option to nuke the platter for a minute to heat it up. Oh and they close at 7-pretty early-luckily I showed up at 6:50 and was able to get a meal-just figured they would be open until at least 8 on a Friday night.
