Villa Carlos Paz (locally [ˈbiʝa ˈkarlos ˈpas]) is a city in the center-north of the province of Córdoba, Argentina, in the south of the Punilla Valley, lying on the western slope of the Sierras Chicas. It has a population of about 56,000 as per the 2001 census [INDEC]. Las Pizzas no son malas, pero la Atención, la Limpieza, la Ambientación y el Tiempo que demoran para traer la Comida, hacen que el lugar no sea para nada recomendable. Lo único que rescato es que no nos cobraron las cosas que terminamos decidiendo no consumir por la tardanza, ni las que trajeron sin que las hubiésemos pedido.

The food is excellent, the staff friendly and helpful. I had a T-bone with vegetables, and it was done to perfection. The menu also has Vittel Tone, and dessert included. Very enjoyable.

The atmosphere in IT! Italy is amazing with a unique decor that includes metal, plants, and architectural interest. The wait staff is friendly and the food is reasonably priced. The pizzas we had were very very good and the bottle of wine we paired was both excellent and reasonable.

We had lunch today with my wife and I really expected more, taking in account that it is there since I have memories of the place. I ordered a dish of fettuccine fire baked with cream, ham and cheese and my wife ordered crepes with mushrooms. The pasta was badly overcooked and tasteless. The crepes were a little bit better, but also quite tasteless.Service was OK. The place was about 50% full, not bad for out of season times.
