After a long hard day hiking, we were starving and went for the special - massive steak - it was lovely and really hit the spot! We were there around 9pm, so this was one of the only places open and luckily it was really good. The staff are lovely and friendly and it's a nice relaxed atmosphere.

Went here as a last minute option when the supermarkets were closed for the night. The chef was very friendly and despite being very busy our take away pizza was ready in 15 minutes although there was the option to eat in. Very fresh and tasty pizza. Hit the spot! Definitely recommend.

Pizzeria
The pizza here was so good that three of us ordered a pizza for desert. What can I say. we had a great meal and great fun, the waiter was helpful the chef accommodating even putting chillies from the window plants on the Pizza for us. Really worth a visit. We went two nights on the trot

Took away a pizza as a pizza should be imho: thin crust, fresh ingredients, fresh herbs(!), a range of additional ingredients you can add to you choice of pizza plus made by friendly people. If you look for a pizza in La Bourboule, I can recommend this small restaurant (you can eat your take-away pizza in a seperate room above the restaurant, something we didn't do because of lovely weather in a lovely village)

stopped in with my daughter on a packed Wednesday night (note, closed Tuesdays). Very busy inside and out but fast service. She had the tortelli with asparagus, I ha the carbonara. Both were wonderful. very cold draught beer served too. my daughter followed up with a strawberry sorbet which she said was excellent. seating a little cramped. smoking allowed in street side eating area, so be aware although if you have ever been to France you know that is the norm, big smokers, the French. total meal cost 38 Euros, not bad at all.
