3 stars for effort for this Mom & Pop shop. Not a NY Deli but tries.Friendly service but a little slow on delivery of lunches.Had to order double meat to get the NY deli. Normal size would not do it. Pastrami was flavorful but a little dry. Mustard could be more spicy. Bread was store bought instead of the Jewish bakery sliced. Chips were from a bag and drink was soda fountain.Pay as you order and an IPad comes out to get your tip. I do not tip non-waitress service. What is next...McDonalds, Wendyâs, Burger King wanting tips?Bill was $18. Too much.I go to McAllisters and get the service, tater salad and drink for $10.Will not return.

The food is really good and so is the service. It is a small restaurant with friendly staff. There is nothing fancy about the decor but you will enjoy the Italian food there.

Absolutely fantastic dinner! Everything was incredible, including the stuffed pork chop special which was as tender as my veal scaloppini. Even our daughter loved the from scratch fettuccini Alfredo. It was surprisingly busy at 6pm on a Wednesday. Limited parking in the area so prepare to arrive a bit early.

We came here this evening with out of town family as we have in multiple occasions when they visit. We were a party of 9. We tried to make reservations prior to coming but were told they do not take reservations on Saturday and they typically are not busy around 5:30. When we arrived the hostess conferred with owner about where to seat us as there were several other large parties in one are of the restaurant. He came with her and told us rather gruffly that all he could offer us was two tables. We said ok because we really didnât have a choice. We were seated and noticed we were going to be quite cramped at the two tables. We also noticed there were two empty booths and two empty four top tables in the same area we were seated. When the waitress came to take our drink orders we politely asked if we could move one of the 4 tops to our table. There was plenty of space and it would not have caused any safety issues. She was politely explaining to us that she wasnât allowed to do that because the tables were part of a âdifferent section.â The owner from across the restaurant called to her and asked if there was a problem. She replied no but he came anyway and again spoke very harshly that these were the only tables he could offer to us. Long story short we felt very accosted by him and had we not been with family we would have walked out. While we ate there were always four empty tables near us. Towards the end of our meal two tables were set up beside us and a âreservedâ sign was placed on the table. Thought they didnât take reservations. Our waitress was very polite. The food was what you expect from this type of establishment, nothing spectacular. The owner really needs to work on his hospitality.
