The pizza is not very good. There is too much soft crust and the pizza is not very flavorful. I can definitely make better pizza from scratch at home. Even after the renovation, the restaurant is still dark and a little dirty looking, and the tables are sticky. One wall looks like beer had been thrown against it and allowed to drip dry in place. (I'm sure it was just a bad decision on the decorator's part.) I tried this place again recently because the cook very kindly made a crust-less pizza for my toddler a few years ago. Things have really changed. This time, they forgot to place my husband's hamburger order. The pizza took a long time to arrive -- and twenty minutes after it had, the hamburger still hadn't. After my husband asked about it, there was some yelling in the kitchen, then the person at the counter told him it would be another 10 minutes. My husband wanted a refund instead of waiting, but they refused because it was against the manager's policy. There was no manager in sight and the place seemed to be run by a bunch of teenagers. The teenagers were very apologetic, which I appreciated. But it doesn't make up for insufficient training and bad management. Mediocre nor not quite-mediocre pizza is ok every once in a while if the atmosphere and service are good. Steve's Pizza doesn't offer even that.

Osteria Moto

A visit to Osteria Moto begins with a feast for your eyes. The decor expresses a contemporary/ modern vibe featuring natural textures. That said, the food is certainly not an afterthought! Pasta, for instance, is made in- house, and produce is from local sources. Our waiter helped guide us to gluten free options, of which there were ample. I initially ordered the polenta cake, but he came back from the kitchen to explain that the dish had wheat flour in it. So I ordered the frittata instead, which was excellent. My wife had an entree salad that was also excellent. Portions were very generous; i took half of the frittata home for later. Another dining gem at El Dorado Hills Town Center!

I ordered the cannelloni others had different pasta. All were properly prepared (not over cooked) and reminded me of my grandmother’s cooking (she immigrated from Italy). The service was timely but not intrusive. The only negative was the fellow at a table next to me who was on his cell phone for 20 minutes talking to a client about an offer to buy a house. The atmosphere is not romantic, but clean and Italian. I will return.

First off, It was unorganized, the Elite and platinum players line was longer than the non gamers or lower tier players. Someone in Management should have noticed this right away. If you want high level gaming to grow I would suggest that you not have them waiting in line longer than lower tier players or non gamers. One Elite player I was having a conversation with, expressed that she needed to be seated because she was in a walker. I told her friend that he should inform the cashier about her situation. I told him this was totally bulls--t . He came back and said I'm not sure what they're going to do about it but they know about it anyway. Someone did come and get her seated on a bench. Many high level players get all the lobsters they want anyway. The casinos generally comp their meals wherever they go. A suggestion to management, instead of giving one lobster at a time, give two, that way I could get my meal over with . This will get me out of the crowds that act like they never consumed lobster before. I would have the freedom to gamble or go home. My wife got two lobsters and I got one because I wasn't going to wait in another line for lobster. I am sure you have other comments from your premium players because of the complaints that I heard in line. JACKSON Rancheria has all you can consume lobster and crab buffet and they give out tickets when to check back and dine. That way, the gamblers can gamble until ticket time.

Stayed at a hotel nearby & checked Trip Advisor. Very busy place, but were seated quickly. Chicken cacciatore with penne pasta was excellent. Very tasty dish, nice glass of red wine. Although they didn’t have the Zinfandel I wanted. Took tiramisu for later. It was creamy, yummy & oh so good.
