We came in on a Sunday night at 5:45. There was one person in the dining room. Red flag number 1. The guys cooking came running to their stations and we're ready to make a pizza, very impressive. Then comes the manager from outside. Apparently we interrupted her and her personal drama with someone's car broken down. How do I know this? I had to listen to her personal cell phone call complaining about whatever car drama was occurring. After her call she simply looks up before the eye brow raise saying it is time to order. We got salad bar trips with our pizza. She looks over our shoulders to look at the salad bar and says, "yeah, if you want any lettuce...just let me know". The lettuce was basically empty. She proceeds to tell the next guy in line about the car drama and that she is the only manager so she cannot do deliveries. He decides to "go wait over there". At least that let her get back to her phone and cigarette. She heads for the side door where she can smoke and talk on her phone. But rest assured she managed from there! Her staff was called over and she would provide direction from the door. HINT: If you have a non-smoking restaurant, don't stand in the door puffing like a dragon with the door open. The guys cooking the pies brought them out super fast and they were great. We also had a calzone ring, which was well filled and very well cooked. Highly recommend it!We come back for the food but just be prepared for the lack of leadership....its been on this slide for awhile...

Hadnât tried Fiamma yet, so thought weâd try them for our anniversary dinner. Wife had scallops special, I had Alaskan Halibut. Both were good, but my fish came with roasted potatoes which were cooked at some point, but not with my dish as they were ice cold. Glad we ordered a side of crispy potatoes. Salad was very bland. Foccia bread was very good. With two specials, one salad, one side, no drinks....with tip, $100. It was good, but not $100 good. Hi 1969RS we are sorry you did not have a great experience with us. We strive to have incredible food and great service. Please reach out to us at [email protected] we would love to make this right! We have never had an issue with our potatoes but we will meet with our kitchen staff to address this issue so it does not happen in the future. We also make all of our own pasta, bread, and sauces. We source our ingredients locally as much as possible and support small farms which increases our cost but we believe it is well worth it!

Having spent last summer in Naples, Italy, this is about as close to Neopolitan-style pizza as you're going to get in the middle of the map. Very thin crust, perfect sauce and cheese ratios. What really make this place special is the outdoor dining. We happen to be there during a festival, so there was music, sunshine and lots of happy people around. Really enjoyed this and will definitely be back.

We went on a Sunday night, after a weekend of mountain biking. The server was friendly, the menu has a lot of yummy options and our food arrived quickly. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Bentonville.
Where to eat American food in Bella Vista: The Best Restaurants and Bars
We have eaten here a number of times and picked up pizza to take home a few times. Week before last I went to pick up a pizza and when I got there I realized I had forgotten my wallet. I called my wife at home and she called the restaurant and gave them a credit card to pay for the pizza. I appreciated both my wife and the girl at the counter for the help. The pizza and Greek salad were both very good and we both enjoyed them.

We stopped in to Gusanoâs while traveling through Bella Vista at the request of our children who wanted pizza. They were in for a treat when we ordered a Chicago style pepperoni with extra cheese pie!! Delicious pizza, perfected by their wonderfully fresh sauce!! The Greek salad was also generous in size and chock full of olives, onions, & cheese. What a delightful little restaurant!!
