Me and my wife came here for her birthday and we were not to sure what to expect. We called and reserved a table and the woman who answered spoke perfect English. She told us she had a high chair for a baby.When we arrived the high chair was at the table waiting for us. Must say this us a 1st for me, great customer service which is usually lacking from the Graz restaurants. We were escorted to a beautifully decorated and bright dinning area completely free from smoke, again a pleasure for the Graz eateries. We ordered the day menu which consisted of cream of spinach soup and sausage, cabbage and sausage. Both were great, the dessert had a mixture of tastes that didn't work for me however it was all great.In the summer there is a outside area that looks down onto strassgang and would be a perfect area to sit and drink for a few hours. A absolute must do if your in Graz, summer or winter Well recommended

Well I'll start by saying I think I've eaten at one or two places as good or better than this place in Austria.The waiting staff here are very genial and attentive without being over bearing and patronizing which was great.We had a lambs lettuce salad to start, it was a little heavy on the garlic for me but still very good.My wife had the beef cheeks and i had the kalb schnitzel. The schnitzel was cooked to perfection. Well recommended

Anlässlich unseres Hochzeitstags gönnten wir uns die groÃe Kulinarische Auszeit im 3 Haubenlokal Essenzz und es war genial! Aus 7 Gängen wurden 12 Gänge, 5 davon ausgezeichnete GrüÃe aus der Küche! Das Ambiente im Lokal ist sehr angenehm, die wunderschöne Einrichtung gibt einem das Gefühl âdaheimâ zu sein. Ein Gang nach dem anderen wurde vom sehr netten und kompetentem Service gereicht. Alle Speisen waren ein Augen- und Gaumenschmaus, wunderschön angerichtet und schmeckten auch ausgezeichnet! Mein Mann meinte, hier seien Künstler am Werk!Wir können das Essenzz nur weiterempfehlen und womöglich werden wir Wiederholungstäter

After having burgers for 3 nights running at another place, I decided to try this place. Wow! The waitress was so kind and spoke great English and explained everything well. I ordered an asparagus soup and when it came the empty dish had a succulent portion of poached salmon. The soup was poured over the top. Stunning. The main was a chicken breast with a tasty gravy and roast potato. On to the desert. Presentation and various tastes were very impressive. All for 70 euro for 2 people. Such a good deal. Also I left my medication on the table by accident so one of the team came over to my hotel and dropped it off. Such excellent service. Highly recommended.
