Saint Augustine is a luxurious, romantic vacation spot—you’ll find classic hotels and intimate restaurants. Those can be a dime a dozen, though. What sets Saint Augustine apart is its history—it’s the oldest European settlement in the U.S. And nowhere else in the world can you taste the waters of the Fountain of Youth Archeological Park (where Ponce de Leon may have landed). Who knows, if you vacation here, maybe you won’t need that Botox!

This restaurant came recommended by a local. Itâs a little more upscale but not stuffy enough to not allow nice shorts. You can tell that each dish is prepared fresh. Very large portions so go hungry. Fresh local caught seafood and great olives of course! Only negative is the dinner salad. Go for the soup instead! Both options were outstanding and the salad was blah.

Great little find. Quaint outdoor shaded seating area. Limited lunch menu but had something for varied tastes. Had the fish tacos appetizer. Mahi was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. Perfect portion for my small appetite. Table also had the chicken sandwich and the crab cake sandwich. All three meals were nicely prepared and artfully presented. Sides were delicious. Inside restaurant is quaint as well. Good service and a great location. Guest parking available. What a great stop for a memorable, relaxing meal.

La Cocina International Restaurant offers intimate Fine Dining with a Latin Flair in a Casual Atmosphere
Had breakfast two mornings while staying at the hotel. While service is a bit slow (only 1 server) the food was excellent. The omelets were really flavorful and fresh and fluffy and the bacon perfectly crispy. The pancakes were light and airy, and they didn't bat an eye when having to redo them for my fussy son. The breakfast sandwich was tasty and fresh. The blueberry crepes good but a bit small for the likes of my teenager. Overall a great value and I would very much recommend (even though it is in a hotel restaurant)

Casual fine dining in what was once the world's largest swimming pool. Offering international cuisine for lunch daily, and a special Art Walk dinner from 6PM to 9PM on the First Friday Art Walk of each month. Reservations recommended. Private events also
Absolutely delicious every time! Dear friends introduced us to this unique restaurant. Inside the historic Lightner Museum. Is located in what was the largest indoor swimming pool! Fresh, tasty food. Excellent wines. Great to meet friends or even a romantic lunch with your sweetheart. Delicious desserts too!

We planned my husbands birthday dinner here while we were in town with friends for the weekend. What a wonderful restaurant. Truly one of the best dining experiences we have had, and we have traveled all over. From the food to the attentive, superb service (both from our waitress and the manager), everything was tremendous. You definitely need a reservation as the locale is small and intimate. We will definitely be back!
