This year Focus won its 2nd Michelin star back for the first time under head chef Patrick Mahler. As a diner it was wonderful to experience Patrick's development as a chef. This kitchen is producing some truly superb dishes which combine complex flavours, techniques and textures and overall seem to be on a higher level than last year.Patrick's use of top notch ingredients continues to be evident such as his stunning king salmon and caviar dish with a champagne sauce; it tasted as wonderfully decadent as it sounds!I can't wait to see what new developments are in store for next year!

Restaurant Panorama belongs to Swiss Holiday Park Resort and offers a seasonal variety of international specialties as well as homemade burgers. It is open all day.
The main menu has a good range of European, Swiss and other ethnic dishes; there is also an Italian-specialty menu. We tried dishes from both and were very satisfied. A daily three-course menu was reasonably priced and satisfying. There is a children's buffet at breakfast and dinner, and kids up to 15 years eat free.
go there and enjoy the warm and charm Restaurant Schilf. it's a unique place to have dinner right next to the bamboo at the lake!

Swiss tapas, fondue or a romantic evening with excellent wine in candle light atmosphere... Great place to hang-out. Elvira's grappa is also excellent. Treat your business relations, friends, or beloved ones with Elviras great selection of wines from all around Europe - you will have a most enjoyable stay. Guaranteed.

Great, locally-sourced food (on a 4-day holiday we went twice!); unique beer to the region. Ask Gregor for a "hillbilly" sandwich and you are guaranteed return for more - especially if you get the extra cheese! Had a muffin and blueberry cake which were also top notch. Awesome mountain views, just across the street from the ferry boat. This place is a strong recommendation, has a great vibe. We look forward to returning - again!
