A lot to say about this place. The venue itself is amazing, with a great garden with view over the river Thames. But if you are around by the sunset, please don't miss the chance of sitting in the balcony, and enjoy a privilege of a sunset in London. Unfortunately we haven't ordered any food this time. Drinks were just about right, but what made this visit unique was the service. An outstanding bartender called Gabriel made us probably the best espresso martini I ever had. Thank you for looking after us.Thank you for your recent review,It's always wonderful reading when our staff go that extra mile and I will be sure to let Gabriel know of your immense praise, we just know it will really make his day!Be sure to visit us again soon.Kind RegardsPitcher & Piano Richmond

The Ivy Café presents a relaxed yet stylish dining experience offering an accessible all-day menu in a friendly, neighbourly environment.
Came here for dinner with friends, at their suggestion. Food was fantastic, and really good value. I had arancini for starters, my wife had the Iberian pork and me the swordfish for mains. Then a flambed apple tart for dessert. Everything was perfect. Bill came to £115 for 2 x 3-courses from the a la carte menu and 3 pisco sours. Nice friendly atmosphere and great decor.

Weâre the leading free from restaurant and takeaway venue in South West London. We make much-loved food for coeliacs, and for people with intolerances and allergies. With no hidden ingredients, we pride ourselves on making sure our food safe for anyone. S
Coori's only been open about a month and I've already eaten there twice and got takeaway pizza once! I'm coeliac and can confirm that the whole menu including beers etc is totally gluten free; I believe one of the founders has coeliac disease and the whole place is gluten free by design. I've always felt great after eating their food. There are loads of delicious options, including far and away the best GF pizzas I've tried so far (absolutely can't tell that they're GF!), lots of seasonal specials so there's something new every time, and plenty vegetarian and vegan options too! I mostly eat veggie/vegan though couldn't resist the lamb specials when I went in, the first time as I just couldn't decide and asked the waitress what she'd recommend. Every bite was absolutely delicious, lamb cooked to perfection, with lots of yummy veggies. The menu is semi Italian-centric, but draws ideas from all sorts of cuisines and always offers something new to try.On my second visit, I took my mum who is allergic to dairy and garlic. When we told the waitress she brought us an extra tomato "garlic bread" made without the garlic (still delicious!!), and mum demolished a serving of the lamb too. I was gutted that they'd run out of their amazing vegan passionfruit cheesecake that night though! On our first trip all three of our party ordered a portion and loved it, and I'd really sold mum on it as I know she loves cheesecake but usually can't have it any more! I'll have to bring her back next time she's in the city and hope for the best! (She was able to have a salted caramel brownie though, though she seemed a bit sad that it was her only option while the rest of us could choose from all sorts)Also, I've always hated calamari but tried some that my partner ordered and loved it! Well done :DIt was great to see you both times you came, and we're so pleased you enjoyed your visit so much. Delighted you were so happy with the food, but very sorry we'd run out of the Passionfruit Cheesecake. We usually have it, so we very much hope to see you again soon, and to serve you / or your mum some!

We are a family run pub, situated in the beautiful heart of Teddington next to the train station. We have transformed the bar into a cosy area for casual dining and drinking with a restored 80 seater dining room upstairs. We have an extensive menu, rangin
First impression from outside is that this is just another back street pub, located next to Tedding railway station. When I made my reservation, I was told that only downstairs tables were available; significant only because I later found that the upstairs is slightly nicer than the downstairs. Not a problem. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Quick service with a smile. Very clean pub, light and airy. So before the food arrived I was ready to ready to rate this place 3/5. Then the food arrived, and my rating went from 3/5 to 5/5.They served probably the nicest Sunday roast I have ever seen. Generous portions of top quality food, expertly cooked, beautifully presented. Just delicious. I've not been a fan of creamed cabbage before, but now I am if it's how they serve it. Parsnips superb - delicious coating. If my life depended on finding something negative to say about the meal, the best I could do is suggest that the gravy could be slightly thicker, but even that is so subjective as to not really count. Prices vary slightly with the meat chosen (lamb, beef, chicken, pork), but all are under £15 per plate at time of writing. Great value. If your entire party want the same meat, you could choose their Sunday Roast Sharing Board, which makes sense for 3 people. A good range of desserts is offered, although none were diabetic friendly otherwise I might have had one. This is a complaint I will be using more often often on TA, because desserts for diabetics are rare but no more difficult that mains for vegetarians. I did have a coffee though and that was excellent. Summary: Well above average food for average prices. The Railway is a Great British gem.Footnote: Thanks to previous TripAdvisor reviewers for rating this to catch my attention.

Modern living inspired cuisine. Organic vegetarian restaurant serving international dishes using local produce in support of local British organic farmers.
We try new vegetarian restaurants as they crop up and this one is well worth a visit. Lovely mushroom risotto perfectly cooked, an interesting and creative menu, pleasant, welcoming helpful staff, a good atmosphere with various groups enjoying their meal. Will visit again for an evening meal and recommend it to others.

I am used to a bog standard G&T. My son chose a rhubarb gin for me and it did not disappoint. A good start to an amazing experience. The food was really flavoursome and delicious. The service was impecible. My one problem was the noise but by the end of the week everyone was in high spirits and I doubt anything can be done about the noise. I am looking forward to a lunchtime birthday celebration shortly and perhaps the place will be quieter!
