Had lunch here. It was incredible. It was heaving with customers, and staff were whizzing around at a great pace. Yet the service was warm, welcoming and helpful. I don't think I've had steak, bacon and chips except in mixed grill. But here I had a plateful, well prepared, for less than ten Euros. My wife's meal was equally well priced and well cooked. For luch this was perfect.

Onverwacht bij dit restaurant gekomen. Leuk klein plaatsje, net genoeg afstand van het strand om weinig toeristen te zien.Prettig terrasje, fijne bediening, zeker vlot voor Spaanse begrippen. Keus is groot uit kleine en grote gerechten. Ik heb kleine tapas genomen en het smaakte allemaal prima.Prijs/kwaliteit is helemaal in orde, het is redelijk goedkoop. Aanrader.

We spotted this divine, little Bistro when coming back from Calonge market. We decided to give it a try that evening. So glad we did! Friendly, attentive staff. Delicious and well presented food. The portions are generous - especially the tapas. Prices are reasonable. Lovely decor and vibe. Try it - you won't be disappointed.

A lovely start to our holiday in Costa Brava. Warm hospitality, nice ambiance, large tables and good company. We had the jamon, cod with peas and morcilla, and the delicious suquet fish stew made with fresh fish that was presented to us and chosen beforehand. All washed down with a superb Rioja Tondonia that was excellently priced. Ended with their apple crisp which had a decadent amount of cinnamon and spice. Amazing! Would highly recommend to anyone passing through the area.

It used to be a tapas restaurant in a place with many of them - and it was great! Last summer they changed into a restaurant - little attraction. Now we went as they announced again tapas... but in fact it's a restaurant with some tapas, that we ordered: huge portions! But on the bill it turned out that they didn't give (nor charged) the tapas but the similar plates as meals... which explains the portions for a tapa...It was good but apart from the friendly but little professional service the calamars al Andalusia were way too fatty.Let's not speak about the bill: first the bille from the only other table, then ours with something on it we didn't order nor had and the 3rd time was the good time!Still I'll try again - but then the restaurant as they have a nice selection of iberico meat dishes!Sr Philip hope to see you soon and unfortunately we are humans, we are very sorry about the misunderstood with the bill. As you mentioned before we introduced some tapas, but we still focus on whole portions. Hope to see you very soon with some friends in order to share your food!:)
