This is usually the best Indian take away/ delivery service in Selby but last Tuesday the wrong starters and mains were delivered and the problem is the driver had gone by the time we discovered it. We didn't want to wait another hour to eat when they are so busy due to the half price deal so we ate it but were very disappointed. Who wants three samosas instead of a chicken tikka starter and two hot curries when you chose medium.

We used this place twice whilst staying at yellow top country park for our weeks fishing stay , the staff were very friendly and the food was amazing!!!! We are both quite picky with our Indian foods and there's only a couple of restaurants that have been up to out expected standards . Don't be put off that it is hidden away in the back of a pub , which to be honest at first made me think , hmmm ... what is this going to be like ???? Is it a real Indian ??!!!! Yes it is a real Indian and one you must try as we did twice and we most certainly will re visit and tell others, thank you for such lovely food !!!

Really good food, good service, good value and they even deliver if you want takeaway. We started going here as we had a really poor meal elsewhere and so far we've been impressed each time. The food is fresh, you can taste individual spices and its not at all greasy. Really good.

Visited with a group of friends on a Saturday night. The place was impressively full by 7:30, which must be a good sign. The staff were very pleasant but clearly doing other things. It was almost 2 hours before we got our main courses and by which time some of the nans had run out. The food was ok, not particularly authentic, but as you would expect. We suspected that the adjacent takeaway was occupying the cooking capacity at the busy Saturday night period. All in all, not put off, would be willing to give them another go. A big plus is that they allow you bring your own booze.Thank you for giving us a perfect rating and for taking the time out to give your feedback online. Visited for the 2nd time recently. The restaurant is visually very appealing inside, light, clean and spacious with a uncramped layout, I hate rubbing shoulders or legs with diners I dont know! The food is fantastic, well cooked by the kitchen staff you can see working and courteously served by happy waiters.If you like a generous portion, this is the place for you. Great value for money, couldn't fault it.
