Reviewed By 581safaahVary expensive and smelly! also the bed and the sheets are not clean and they were too late on checking in for one of the room , i could not even spend the time inside the room, i just slept 5 hours and i could not believed it was done that night. the priced that i payed i could've get a way better choices but all hotels were booked. Please dont waste your money in this place! it is disgusting.

Sanitation procedures are non-existent. There is no one available to bring ANYTHING to your room. This was a very self-service location with subpar conditions. I'd recommend ANY other hotel over this one.

Reviewed By heartmillsAbsolutely terrible experience and would highly not recommend it. Staff was very nice as I was checking in, I'll give them that. However, that is where any pleasantries ended. I got to my room and opened the door to an extremely musty smell. I was instantly thrown off by this. Upon looking around the room I realized half of the lights didn't work, there were dead bugs in the hot tub. I stayed there from March 21st-23rd (for my birthday). The second day I woke up to having difficulties breathing, I have really bad asthma, and it was then I realized that the room was full of mold. The walls were painted a darkish green color so you can't see anything but looking closely around the vents (that didn't work), you could see spots. Having a hot tub with all that moister in a contained area that has no windows or working ventilation system is a recipe for mold, especially in what is very obviously an old building. I spoke with someone up front about my concerns and with my asthma, they said they would vent it out with some type of machine? I came back late that night for it to be worse and once again woke up the following day with difficulties breathing. During my stay I was also injured and got some blood on the sheets by accident. I called them to inquire about a $48 charge on my account and they said it was for that. Instead of letting me explain or try to be any type of understanding, the lady on the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful. There were several other issues but this review is long already so I'll end it here. Highly don't recommend and would leave negative stars if possible. I'm also contacting the health department because if there is mold, that is extremely dangerous to anyone who stays there.

Reviewed By Daydream66154591608Was very disappointed with the property having gone through a remodel a year ago. and marketed as a Marriott. The elevator was shabby. Upon entering the room was overcome by a stale smell, cleaning was supbar had a pair of flip flops on and they had an enormous amount of hair that obviously was not clean properly from the carpet. Lighting in bathroom is too dim, bed was uncomfortable. My first time staying and last time.

People were fighting outside all night, room was dirty, exposed wires above mirror, stained towels, holes in sheets, a/c would make horrible noise. I checked out a day early and went somewhere else. Now I cannot find out how to report the horrible stay to Choice Hotels corporate!
