Reviewed By SG746I travel with my job and the staff here are among the best I have ever encountered! I love the location - on a hill right off the highway. Zero traffic noise. The hotel is spotless. Rooms smell clean when you open the door. From the front desk to the cleaning team the employees can't do enough for their customers. This is my second stay at this hotel and the service is consistently excellent. A 10 STAR facility!!!

Reviewed By kspoohfanThey advertise that they offer a quick breakfast, don't believe it. Only coffee and crappy juice. Not even a prepackaged dried up pastry, instant oatmeal, fruit, yogurt or milk. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly.

Comfortable, not luxurious, great price
Reviewed By DAHE5476We like to stay old-style motels with at your door parking, which makes loading and unloading the car much easier. West Plains motel had what we needed: comfortable beds, clean towels and the easy access that we like. The room does have some weird quirks, like no outlets in the bathroom or near a mirror for hair drying.Unfortunately, after we unloaded everything into our room, we discovered that the heater didn’t work. We had to move to another room, which was a hassle. The owner was out of town and the desk clerk did the best she could for us. It was also disappointing to find that there were no biscuits available as promised at breakfast time, even though we were there over an hour prior to breakfast closing. If the motel had been a more expensive one, I would have rated it much lower for the inconveniences we faced. For under $70, though, we would return, and hope that the problems we faced this time wouldn’t happen again.

Extremely Poor Customer Service - Blackmailed for Stating would conduct Poor Review
Reviewed By Q7049TOxxUpon arriving at hotel late at night, I presented confirmation of reservation. I was told, the 2 Queen beds- 4 person occupancy - was charged per person, not by room. After calling Manager(as not on site) to state website did not indicate these details - Manager did not care and stated to pay more or leave. After finally agreeing to pay, as I was with other women family members (late at night) ranging in ages from 63-85, I stated I would be writing a review. At this point, the Front Desk asked us to leave. He stated he would not honor the confirmation if we were going to write a bad review. Blackmail? Really? Very unprofessional. Manager was no better. Buyer be ware - website process are misleading. They will charge more for whatever reasons upon arrival. If you state you will write a bad review - they will cancel your reservation.
