The Miramar Hotel,Resort and Spa is highly facilitated ensuring its residents and tenants a wide range of choice among varied activities. A turkish bath at the Spa, a boat ride, a dip in the pool, or even perhaps an adrenaline boost at the gym are sufficient to give residents an escape from the rush and routine of daily day strain.
They have the worst front desk employees Unprofessional way They need communication skills training They are even thiefs and did not accept to give back our money even though we did not get in anyway and we were paying the full payment and they even asked to pay them more Unprofessional people, Unprofessional team and unacceptable way

You feel like you went back in time or staying a museum. One of the best boutique hotels we have ever stayed in. Very welcoming staff, the owner and his wife are always available for help, you have your oriental Lebanese breakfast in the garden. The room and the bathroom were clean. Note: Make sure you inform them if are arriving late, cause they lock down the gates at 1 am.

Actually one of the worst Hotels I've ever seen. As a previous employee I saw exactly how your rooms were being cleaned... once there was a bag of lollies that had been knocked over by a housekeeper and it fell on the ground and the housekeeper picked the lollies up and replaced them in the bag as if nothing happened. -which I found disgusting.. The management makes fun of every customer and has actually lost the customers passports on more than one occasion! We'd have to frantically tear the office apart to find them. Very unsafe as they keep them in an unlocked draw behind the counter where there are no locks on the doors either. I have also witnessed them take private images of peoples passports and send them off to their friends... very very unprofessional. I would not trust them with my belongings either. There have been so many instances where things go missing from rooms or the safe keeping in the back office. It is run by children one being the managers son who does not even have a degree and who is also 20 years old. The hot water NEVER works. The airconditioning is horrible and needs maintenance every day. The food is inedible and we've had instances where hair has been found in plates.. The staff don't even get paid only after 3 months of begging.. and even when they do there are 'favourites' that get picked first while others have to wait because they're not as important. The houskeeping is beyond unacceptable. They've also had multiple instances where the kitchen staff walks in on couples... it happened 4 times to newlyweds when I was there.. They also double book rooms and other guests have walked in on other guests. Seriously I could not believe for the life of me how this Hotel is running.. the rooms are way overpriced for what you are actually getting.. Customers would always ask me how in the world this is regarded as a 4 star Hotel..and I'd just stare at them with no answer, as there was none to give except agree with them. Also they sometimes forget to arrange transportaion from the airport to the Hotwl and CONVINCE the guests that the transportation did show up but that they didn't see them AND then CHARGE them regardless. Only good thing about this Hotel is that there are a few staff members who work in the kitchen and gym that are very nice.. but besides that the management sucks.. Sorry but find yourself somewhere else to stay or if you don't believe me go try it out yourselves and I guarantee you will understand what I'm saying.
