Budget hotel with breakfast
Reviewed By Tanzan138Room is small but clean. It is surprizing to find a buffet breakfast included in this range of prices. All roome are equiped with internet connection service. Onsen facility is available in a walking distance but there is no good restaurant around.

Reviewed By monaghanjrThis hotel is the cleanest, most welcoming and comfortable hotel that we have stayed in so far. The staff are extremely helpful and the facilities more than adequate. The only reason I have not given it 5, is the lack of a breakfast.

せっかくの記念日が台無しに
Reviewed By uiiittttこちらのホテルには二回目の滞在になるはずでした。 ペット可のヴィラです。うちのワンコは2年前のワクチン接種でアレルギーになりワクチン猶予証明書を発行して貰ってます。1度目の滞在はそれを提出の上、宿泊しました。それで今回はずっとコロナ禍で旅行に行けなかった両親を連れ、旦那の誕生祝いも兼ねて昨年から予約してました。 いよいよ2週間後となったのでペット同伴同意書をメールで送信したら、「いかなる理由でも狂犬病ワクチン未接種はお断り」との返信が・・。驚いて公式ホームページを調べてもその様な記載は無し。電話で問い合わせると、「確かに、ホームページには記載してない。」とのこと。只、同意書には小さく記入があり、私の確認不足かも知れないが、pdfを開いて見ないと解らないのではいけないのでは? で、電話口の方は「一度は同条件で宿泊をしているので上席に確認したい。上席とは今、連絡が取れないので猶予をくれ」と言われ1日待ったが、旅行日も迫っている上いつ返事が来るのか不安になり、こちらから再び電話すると、「今回に限り、行動制限の同意書に一筆もらえれば、宿泊を許可。」と・・・内容はワンコは到着後、部屋から外に出さないという同意書。「えっ???」 ヴィソンの施設はペット可なのに、日帰りの方は証明書のチェックさえないのに、なぜ宿泊したらいきなり外に出すことを禁じられなければならないのか? 矛盾してないか? もう、あきれてキャンセルしました。 電話口の方は終始丁寧に説明してくださりましたが、判断出来る上席がすぐ連絡がとれる状態に無い事は良くないと思う。また、方針が変わったならキチンとホームページ上に大きく記載すべきだし、その上席なる方のそういった判断は矛盾が有り理解出来ず、そこまでするならペット可にしなければ良いと思う。中途半端にペットと一緒に♪なんて止めて欲しい。 とにかく、タイトル通りせっかくの記念日が台無しになってしまった。 ちなみに、私とワンコはワクチン猶予証明書利用で沢山の良い宿を利用しています。私も飼い主として年一度は獣医に診て貰い、他人様に迷惑が掛からないように注意しています。ヴィソンには二度と行きませんが。
