Friendly, Centre of Town Hotel
Reviewed By Graham PIn the middle of Sursee, the hotel is well located with incredibly nice staff. Secure underground parking. Rooms clean and comfortable. No restaurant in the evening but a plethora of good eating places just a few minutes walk away in the town centre. The breakfast was adequate but not with a great choice. Unusually, the hotel is not staffed at night but coffee and snacks are available from the dining room - just help yourself. The town is delightful and a 30 minute walk to the lake is well worthwhile.

Extremly poor service and room
Reviewed By Bewerter67There is no reception physicaly, a computer is in an italian restaurant with a very poor service. I had to wait 2 hours to get my room keys because "only the boss can do that" and he was out. No good service at the restaurant nether during my wait. Then I've had a room without bathroom, but I've never been told at the booking of that matter. My room was in first floor, the shower was in the third floor, in the toilets used by the personal as well and very old styled such as part of the smalest bedroom I've ever hab in a"Hotel". The Hotel ist very noisi at night because of very thin walls. No breakfast available at all (this is too complicated said the guy at reception).

They were very helpful with my wishes. The room was comfortable and spacious. The parking house leads directly to the reception. Breakfast was super. The cherry on the icing: Home made Bircher Müesli with honey instead of sugar!

Lovely relaxing stay
Reviewed By KenyaliamI have stayed here a few times now. The rooms are nice and spacious. Bathrooms are very small. The beds are slightly hard foam but I like that so had great nights sleep. The bonus for the stay are the awesome spa/pool facilities. Lovely relaxing water jets in a super warm pool. Downstairs there is also a steam room and 2 saunas. The stay also allows access to an excellent, well-equipped gym. Free parking. It’s a short walk into the altstadt. I will be back for sure.
