We came to this hotel as guests of a family that were staying there for their holidays. The place is warm and welcoming and spacious. We came into a big room with couches and chairs, for then going through a bar area and finally ending up in the dining section. The menu was limited to few dishes, but basics for the kids or any wishes for the ones having intolerance or allergies were possible. The hotel seems managed by a family, at the time of our meal the responsible was the wife of the couple who was very kindly serving us (but lacking a bit of energy). We ate an appetizer of a small crostino and some cold cuts, we could choose among three different primi piatti which quality varied a bit. We got a soup with beans and cereals which was ok tasty but lacking salt and olive oil, at least. Some ravioli in tomato sauce which were ok, but not extraordinary and some rolled of pasta which was incredibly dried, sadly (instead of being creamy and enriched in a lovely cheese and bechamel sauce) The price for the dishes was in line with the prices of the valley - although I would consider them slightly high if one thing of the quality. They costed around 11 euro and they were definitely not amazing dishes. Finally, we had also a secondo. Some could take a vegetable pie, some some wild boar stew and I had a brasato. The latter two dishes were served with polenta. Some small vegetables were served together with all dishes. The plating was a bit 80s style with decorative carrots and parsley, plus these little bites of broccoli did seem to leave the time standing still in those days. My meat was very good, if I would have know that there was polenta served with it I would have definitely not taken the pasta. The final touch we got was the opportunity to taste a lot of desserts, mostly cakes and bites of pannacotta and creme caramel. The cakes were mostly typical "Italian breakfast cakes" (in my mind), nice, but maybe a bit dry, however served with some delicious creams. The pannacotta was outstanding. We ended up the dinner with digestives and coffee, also a kid variant for the kids in a very lovely service handled then by the husband of the couple, who is definitely the soul of the place. All together a very pleasant meal, offered with great flexibility of the owners in a nice warm and welcoming hotel. Mostly the food should have a bit higher level and care considering the price, with better consistency thorough the whole meal. I can understand that this is a pearl for families or in general for the guests of the hotel, who can conveniently eat at a very decent restaurant without having to go around too much and seek some place.

An ancient stone and wood house, a typical Aosta Valley architecture with stable and pasteun on the ground floor, large rooms on the first floor and the barn on top of it. This is the home of Nuit: a prestigious dwelling that brings to life the emotions of the past, a unique and unmistakable style. Five rooms with private bathroom and an apartment with kitchen welcome our guests in a place away from mass tourism, ideal for those seeking relaxation and contact with nature. Rooms and apartment have been completed in 2018. We enjoy the peace and the isolation of the high mountain, but we are close to the tourist attractions: in the summer guests have access to a large equipped outdoor area, terrace and solarium with comfortable deckchairs. Sauna and a Scandinavian tub complete the outdoor relaxation area. The area in which we find ourselves and the surrounding places offer our guests the opportunity to appreciate and buy the products of local artisans and practice outdoor sport.
Beautiful & magic place. The breakfast is to die for. The owners are warms & caring, they make you feel at home. If you are looking for a place to regenerate yourself Nuit a Pleiney is the place to go. Thank you for a magical weekend…we will be back

Thuillettaz is a delightful House built up between the Great St. Bernard tunnel and the Suisse border. The B&B, at the height of 1760 metres, overlook the enchanting scenery of the Great St. Bernard Valley. The house, listed building is welcoming, inviting and elegant, furnished in the Aosta Valley style. The rooms, separate from the owner’s quarters, are very vast and equipped with Minibar, Hairdryer, safe, boiling, bathrobe and a panoramic balcony. The House is positioned along “The Alta Via 1” and “The Tour des Combins”. The house is only 300 metres at the foot of the slopes of Crevacol. Ski tracks, Snowshoes, a golf practice course and several routes for mountain bike enthusiasts are only one kilometre away.
We spent one night in this little B&B surrounded by mountains and silence, recommended from some of our best friends. Our beautiful room was very large and confortable, wery quiet. We greatly appreciated the possibility of preparing and having tea confortably sitting on the sofà in our room. Great idea the ecological glass bottle and glasses for fresh spring water. In the morning we could have a delicious breakfast even if we woke up a little later... We are happy to have met friendly and helpful hosts. A really nice experience

Stayed a few nights during a walking trip. Great place to stay and refuel at very reasonable prices (especially compared to the places on the Swiss side of the pass a few hundred metres away). Personal highlight was sitting outside and having a pizza (great taste) with a couple of beers - view over to the Hospice across the lake is awesome.

Landed here after a 4 day hiking tour in the mountains. It takes a short ride over a bumpy road to get there but the place is cosy and you get a friendly welcome. Room was in good condition, warm shower, only some of the mattresses too soft for a great sleep. The food was excellent! Great appetizers (local cheeses and cuts), starters (pancake with fontina and ham) and main course (deer stew) finishing with panna cotta. All accompanied with great full red wines from Aosta valley. On request the host got up early to get our breakfast done so we could drive back home timely. Good place to land when you need a warm shower and a good meal in the area.
