Nice little hotel
Reviewed By HarvozWe stayed here for 3 nights, I’m assuming the hotel is either new or currently being refurbished etc as it feel and looks that way, the staff were friendly and helpful, we didn’t eat at the hotel at all, but did have drinks there, room was ok, a bit small and we had no pillows or towels on the third bed, underground car park is seriously tight to get in and out of, other than that a nice hotel

Very bad area
Reviewed By 745erhanhkThe hotel as the building and comfort is a normal hotel not good not very bad that is Ok. But the place (area) is very bad first of all there is too much thiefs around hotel and hotel is not getting any security to protect their clients. Also when somethink stolen in front of the hotel that means on the chairs and desks that belongs to the hotel, hotel persons are looking this like a very normal think and not helpfull for the clients. If I visit the Barcelona again I will never stay in this hotel and in this area. As a last issue after thiefs has stolen our bags in front of the hotel we have asked for the camera records but the staff told that they can not share the records with us they can only give it to the Police.

Reviewed By WestSaxonOn a long trip through Spain and France, we needed an overnight stop where we could stay with our dogs and not have to leave our car out in the street. We were able to use the underground car park and had a nice, decent sized room on the ground floor which even had a small terrace. The hotel was in a good location for us being not too far from the motorway but still in a quiet area. Having noted the nearby railway, we expect to return in the future so we can visit Barcelona without trying to drive in. A very useful addition to our list of comfortable overnight stops.

EL PEOR ALOJAMIENTO DE MI VIDA
Reviewed By Javier GPROBABLEMENTE EL PEOR ALOJAMIENTO EN EL QUE HE ESTADO: Llegamos a las 17:00 de la tarde a este establecimiento, el encargado de las reservas no estaba. No apareció hasta las 17:45. El se disculpó diciendo que estaba en otro apartamento que tienen y no podía desdoblarse, según su compañero venia de echarse la siesta y se acaba de despertar. El susodicho comenzó a mostrarnos el establecimiento: UN ÚNICO BAÑO COMPARTIDO PARA 7 HABITACIONES DOBLES. Según él era mejor que el de los hoteles tradicionales porque este lo limpiaban cada 30´y en los hoteles una vez al día. Quedó demostrado que dejaba mucho que desear y que la frecuencia no era ni por asomo la real. Continuamos con lo que el llamaba EL PATIO QUE ESTA DE P. MADRE: que era la típica terraza llena de trastos, maquinas del propio establecimiento, mucha suciedad y con 3 sofás de plástico (muy adecuados en el mes de Agosto con 30º y un 70% de humedad) acompañados de una mesa. Las habitaciones no defraudaban: la cama recién hecha por nuestro "encargado" con las sábanas arrugadas, un cojín a modo de almohada y una higiene que dejaba mucho que desear. El suelo lleno de residuos de otros huéspedes anteriores. Ademas de una pared acristalada translúcida con la que podíamos disfrutar de la luz del pasillo cada vez que alguien salía a fumar al patio o simplemente iban a sus habitaciones. Otra de las paredes tenia una ventana lateral donde comunicaba con la habitación de al lado, lo que te permitía poder ver lo que hacía además de dejar pasar la luz de la habitación y de la TV. Para mi sorpresa cuando fui a dormir es que las patas de la cama se rompieron nada más sentarme a quitarme las zapatillas. Llamada del encargado al de "mantenimiento" para que las cambiara 30´después. Finalmente pude dormir con más pena que gloria. Para rematar, el día del check out no había ni un solo trabajador en el establecimiento, por lo que dejamos las llaves en el recibidor y la puerta abierta. No contentos con todo esto, el "recepcionista" tarda mas de 10 días en enviarme la factura. Insistiéndolo de manera diaria con bastante ahínco hasta conseguirlo. El siempre sale con buenas palabras te da largas o te dice que en unos minutos la tendrás disponible. En conclusión, si hay alguien que está dudando en alojarse aquí, desaconsejo rotundamente que lo haga. Bajo ningún concepto lo hagan. No se dejen engañar por las falsas apariencias del "encargado" y sus buenas palabras. Trata de engañaros a toda costa.
