The staff were amazing, friendly, and able to make recommendations of places to grab a late meal. They also assisted on more than one occasion with some printing.

Reviewed By victoriay595Asked for a room away from the busy road and very surprisingly but happily was upgraded to a top floor apartment :) Clean, polished. Staff were fabulous (and seemed genuinely happy!), couldn't do enough for me.

Disappointing
Reviewed By Trevor97As a member of the Accor club, this is only the second Accor hotel that has disappointed me in Australia and Europe over the past 10 years, The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroom facilities adequate. However, the main complaint is that the hotel seemed like cleanliness was not a priority. When we arrived, (around 3.30pm) dirty plates and cutlery was on the floor outside the lift. It was still there when we left at 11.00am the next morning. The area near the tea making facilities in our room had areas so dusty you could write your initials. Carpet areas close to walls looked like they missed being cleaned. In addition the hotel was more expensive than most Mecure Hotels we have stayed at and had no restaurant or even a cafe, apart from breakfast which was good.

Found underwear under bed, the bathroom wasn't clean shower full of mould, bedding has pubic hair, carpet not vacuumed, dishwasher not emptied, microwave had food spillage from previous customer. The apartment was not looked after at all. Yet the momey was welcomed to be taken, plus was not told that i'd be charged $15 per night for parking (very misleading management) $1700 down the drain. When i asked booking.com what they'll do about it, they said the property doesn't agree on compensation so no refund is allowed to be given. I don't see that being fair at all and i feel mislead and played around with. I booked for 5 nights, but didn't even last 24hrs and dropped my keys in the box luterally the next morning at 7.30am. I received no apology what so ever from the owners or managers of the apartments, we've been calling no answer, and no answer to the emails either. Do not be fooled, as they are horrible. Spread the word do not book this place
