Great staff and good room
Reviewed By Mila1295The staff were lovely, and the room was good, but the price was well over what it would normally be. The experience was good, but the price was quite insulting when usually it would cost £44.50/£69 for 1 night, its cost £107, I wanted to book for the following night too, but then the price increased to £117, I could pay that amount for a flight abroad.

Convenient for Heaton Park, Shopping in city centre, Old Trafford & City of Manchester stadium, Bury, Salford, hospitals, local golf course, sports centre & business district. 5 Suites,all are non smoking,with 1 bedroom, choice of double or twin,lounge,fully equiped kitchen, free wifi, shower or bath, free parking, freeview flatscreen tv,& quiet location,& close to restaurants & shops.

Reviewed By leesha dStayed in flat 5 which was fine shower head needs an update . The owner takes way to long to check you in so make sure you arrive an hour before just for that, then there’s the housekeeping who comes at 10 in the morning but really she’s just invading your privacy as she doesn’t even refill tea and coffee and when you ask her she doesn’t know where he keeps it so my question is why are you here this is a serviced apartment not a hotel. The deposit is way to high. £220 what the hell for. I don’t know if I’d go back

BAD ATTITUDE
Reviewed By melw696Went here on 10th March for birthday,it was a relief chef and the food was awful. I complained to the manager who had such a bad attitude I was disgusted,arguing back when we all complained disgraceful shall not be going back and I will be on to the parent company in the morning.

Brilliant weekend
Reviewed By CateycateyAbsolutely delighted with our stay. This is relatively new place so we didn't see any reviews prior to the visit and weren't sure what to expect. Very easy to find, and free parking right outside the gate. The owners were so welcoming and helpful and provided everything we needed and more to make our stay comfortable. We were attending the Courteeners concert in Heaton Park and couldn't believe how close we were to the entrance for such a good price. Bed was really comfortable, and the shower was great pressure. Just what we needed after so much mud and rain in the day. Would definitely recommend this place, and wouldn't think twice about booking again if ever we come back for another event in the area. Absolutely brilliant weekend, thank you so much!!

Reviewed By Stephen ENo air con is a disadvantage but staff are excellent in difficult circumstances. Food was reasonably priced and plentiful. Rooms needed attention and next door restaurant was very noisy late at night.
