Needed to stay near Thornbury for a family visit. This apartment hotel was perfect. Had a studio with city views. So quiet you could hear a pin drop! Front desk staff, friendly & helpful. Brand new room, great to come back to. This will be our home-away-from-home when we need to visit Thornbury.

Melbourne we all went through COVID, yet charging customers without any facilities, is a poor excuse to blame lockdown, it doesn’t fit with any service at ACOR in other States, then reduce heavily your price & remove advertised services!. No cutlery, no restaurant or cafe open, at 745pm told to go to bar next door only to be told they were closing for the evening, a Sat night!, nowhere to get food, not even water in room, nothing in room, no power all night due to auto sensor in bathroom not working. So we had no air, no lights- With a disability. Stayed in Bris last week, completely the opposite. Never written a review where I’ve been so disappointed, this was false advertising. Waste of my money. $30-$40 taxi from city, to be able to find anything or Uber. Pay the extra stay elsewhere. If this is all of Melbourne then use Airbnb, stay privately. Paying basically for a bed with zero services. We Ordered Uber Eats only to find no cutlery, plates, cups, we had to drink from the tap!! (despite booking so we had a kitchen)! Tried calling reception no one answers, had to keep going up & down, expect a nice looking room & that’s it, clean sheets. I get it’s been tough Melbourne, you were not alone but why are none of the other States treating their customers the same? Stayed in NSW, TAS, QLD, all with full advertised room facilities, remove this off your booking info, this is not worth the $ if you need or expect to be able to have water, food, feed children or basics like a running light & power.

My husband and I stayed at Bell Motel for almost 2 weeks. To us it was a hidden gem at a delightful price. Pamela is the most amazing manager and made us feel at home from her very first warm welcome. The room was large and super clean, the bed the comfiest we have slept in for a long time and all staff were friendly, professional and efficient. It reminded us of an old-fashioned motor inn, no fancy decor but lovely clean sheets, heaps of pillows and room to move. We would love to stay there again! Oh and the breakfast was a great start to the day too.

Together co-living combines the pursuit of a lifestyle that is focused on community and interactivity with the perks of additional space and privacy.
I had a lovely stay. My room on the 6th floor had fantastic views over Melbourne City and the bed was very comfortable. Clean and tidy appartment. The community kitchen however was horid. I guess long stay visitors take over. I enjoyed the pool and gym too which were well maintained. A good value stay all around.
